Expensive, need to improve

The staff was incredible amazing, but: The agenda is not accurated with reality, they made the tour shorther depending other group needs, to economize by sharing transport and guides. Besides, they forgot to pick us up the second day, 45 min waiting and loosing from the tour. We didn't sleep at "familiar house" but in a regular hotel in sapa town. Food of the hotel was not so good, but the views of the room magnificent. The bus is very comfy. The price is too much higher comparing what it would cost organizing by yourself. Once again, all the staff (guide, hotel,etc) was incredibly helpfull and kind. Thank you.

Amazing, authentic and truly unforgettable trip to Sapa and surrounding villages. Our guide Lala was exceptional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful at all times and we really feel so privileged to have been able to experience this trip.

It was a beautiful trip in Sapa it was a great experience to stay at hotel at Sapa town , we shared many great stories and enjoyed local food with rice wine. The trekking was excellent with many magnificent views from all corners. The Red Dao Herbal bath was surely a bonus after a day trekking :-. I was so glad that I took the tour with this company Mr. Thomas done an excellent job in organizing the tour the plan worked out perfectly fine. Thanks again mate.Highly recommended

Highlight for Sapa if you have a chance to visit Vietnam. Wonderful local guides, very good level of English, superb scenery and great food. We spent one night in a 3 new hotel in sapa town, and that, among the whole trekking, was the highlight of our 2 week Vietnam experience!! Highly recomendable!!!
