Not luxury tour

This tour was advertised as a small group luxury tour. It was not. It was a huge tour bus of tourists. Also, the tour was supposed to pick me up from my hotel. The bus never came and, instead, the guide showed up 15 minutes late and told me to ride on a scooter with him to the bus. I should have paid more for a better tour. There was nothing luxurious about this, stressful and unpleasant.
