Une escroquerie... j'ai payépoyr 3 personnes et votre guide nous a fait repayer EN ESPECES prétendant que le règlement n'a pas été dévité ...Au reour il nouq a IMPOSÉ d'aller à un disteibuteur et de lui donner 3 fois 1.000.000 de Dongs ce qu'àprès avoir eu très peur nous avons fait. Votre guide est nul, menteur et dangereux. Merci de faire votre enquête et le remboursement. Inutile de vous dire la peur de ma mère i5 ans et de mon frère. UN HONTE, mais au Vietnam nous n'osions porter plainte. .

Dear Jean Pierre Marie De Turris, Your feedback is not true at all. This would affect very bad about our tour guide and company's credit. We feel so crazy that you use very bad words for our tour guide. I am Luong - the operator of the tour you booked - Perfume Pagoda 1 Day Tour from Hanoi with Traditional Boat Ride. I confirmed you in advance clearly that 'Please note that the price doesn't include cable car. You can buy yourself there or can ask the tour guide to help you buy it'. You asked the tour guide to buy tickets for you and would pay in cash later. You paid him 460.000VND and your friend withdrawed money to pay him 200.000VND. We didn't charge you twice. We buy cable ticket for you so you have to pay for it - total 660.000VND/3 people. After the tour, I checked with you on WhatApp and you didn't said anyting. 2 days later you informed that the tour guide charged you twice. You didn't give any detailed information about that, just said very bad words about our tour guide. The tour guide contacted you again and asked you to meet to talk clearly but you avoided him. You told me he charged you 800.000VND. Then now you leave a feedback that he charged you 1.000.000VND. We have proofs that all you said is not true and not consistent.
