Disappointing experience – Seating management completely ruined our trip

My wife and I booked the Hanoi to Sapa luxury limousine transfer expecting a comfortable 5-hour journey together. We had specifically downloaded movies and music so we could share the trip. However, upon pickup, I was forced to sit in the front seat next to the driver, completely separating us for the entire 5-hour journey. When I complained, the driver insisted that the remaining three seats together in the back were reserved for a party of three. This logic makes no sense—if every other group onboard consisted of couples, one member of the group of three should have been assigned to the front seat so that couples weren't split up. Instead of organizing the seating fairly, the operator chose the path of least resistance at our expense. Splitting up a couple for a long intercity transfer without prior notice or consideration completely ruined our travel plans and ruined the experience for my wife and me. Extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service and poor seating coordination. Would not recommend to couples travelling together.

Everything was perfect!! The bus was clean and comfortable, the schedule was kept, we had 2 health stops and the driver dropped us off directly at our hotel.
