Your tour begins when you meet your guide in Hanoi's Old Quarter for your street food adventure, sampling items from various stalls in this historical district. By having a guide with you, you can try all those weird and wonderful foods you were curious about but never knew what they were.

Starting at the Bia Hoi corner, try a draft beer to get things going, sitting on a stool with locals and watching people go by. Then continue along the narrow streets, listening to your guide's notes about foods like bread, noodles, and snacks. The sidewalks are crowded this time of night with bubbling pots, sizzling woks, and locals ready for their dinner at pop-up restaurants that typically disappear during the day.
