    Took my money and class was cancelled with no refund

    Cancelled and They took my money and did not give me a refund after promising. Absolutely ridiculous

    Beware that your event or trip could be cancelled last minute without you even knowing it

    We had this booked and then the operator messaged us and told us they could not accommodate us anymore. This is the second time this has happened to us. There needs to be better communication between Viator and the packages and events that they are selling. Two time now we had something booked and the supplier cancelled on us last minute which ruined our whole itinerary and trip.
