To be clear, the onboard service itself was excellent. The cruise manager, Mr. Nam, was professional and highly accommodating, and the crew delivered outstanding service throughout. The food was also superb. We have no complaints regarding the staff or service. However, the issue lies in what appears to be misleading advertising of the vessel and amenities. The images and descriptions presented on your platform showed a luxury cruise featuring sun decks with a pool and rooms with private balconies. Based on this, and given that this was a rare reunion trip for my sisters and me, we intentionally selected and paid for what we believed to be a premium experience.
