A comprehensive introduction to the historical sites of Hanoi. See the tour itinerary for further information. Well organised, with a professional guide, Modest clothing is recommended for the One Pillar Pagoda. Tasty lunch at the Blue Butterfly restaurant. Quite a lot of walking involved, so I wouldn't recommend doing this tour in the height of summer. The Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum is closed every year for two months during September to November, when viewing the body of the great man himself is not possible. When open, we were advised that queuing takes about 90 minutes. Try to see the changing of the guard - quite impressive.
