Trip amazing, 4* hotel disappointing

The whole trip was excellent, night bus was comfortable and the excursions were just amazing. I would love to give the package 5* but the 4* hotel “The View Sapa was really disappointing. My room had a A/C and heating unit but the heat it provided just was not strong enough to heat the big room nor reach the bathroom. The breakfast/ dining area was really cold and the offerings at breakfast wet totally minimal. I did ask if the heater was working properly and a man sort of said it was, I asked for another door key so I could leave the heating on when I left the room but was refused by reception! I’m sure this will be better if the weather outside is warmer but for me this hotel just wasn’t good.
