The young man that was our tour guide was very nice, but it was very difficult to understand his accent. He is obviously not a local person and knows very little about the area. He did not seem to know his way around or direct us to what we wanted to see or stop at for lunch. We ended up cutting it short and going directly back to where we had started. It was very unfortunate, but I cannot recommend this tour.

We understand there were concerns from the beginning regarding your last-minute cancellation request and refund. As per our booking policy, cancellations made more than 24 hours before the activity start time are fully refundable. However, your cancellation request was made approximately one hour before the tour start time, which falls within the non-refundable period. Despite the cancellation being processed through Viator, we still chose to provide the tour service so your plans would not be disrupted and you could still enjoy your experience in Halifax. We also accommodated a delay of approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes, and our driver-guide waited for your pickup at the cruise terminal. We understand that weather conditions impacted the experience and that the tour was shortened due to rain. We are also sorry to hear your comments regarding the guide. Guest feedback is important to us, and although this is the first concern we have received regarding this guide, we will review the matter internally and continue working to improve our service. Our guide also made efforts to enhance your experience with local recommendations, including popular Halifax locations and restaurant suggestions. We understand that every guest has different expectations, and we regret that we were unable to provide the experience you had hoped for. Girls trip to Peggy‘s Cove

We had a wonderful experience visiting Peggy‘s Cove with Neda. She was so knowledgeable about the whole area of Halifax and was very informative throughout our entire drive. She even answered all of our questions when we saw things that grabbed our attention. . When it was time for lunch she had great recommendations and even showed us a nice place that was less busy than the tourist spots. We had a group of 7 adults, and we were very comfortable in the minivan. Everyone in our group was impressed and we would highly recommend this tour.
