Great communication and easy transition. Golf cart worked great for our family and was ready as soon as we arrived

Not the prettiest cart in the bunch but got the job done e

Shawn_W, Mar 2026
Last minute booked paradise carts. Easy to find, good value, the cart wasn’t anything special, had a little trouble reversing but honestly it got us through the day, we went all over the island. Would book with them again.

Grand Turk golf cart rental

Michelle_B, Feb 2026
Fun time exploring the island on our own for the day. Walk to pick up cart didn't take long, completed one form and we were on our way.

Don't use R and B. Use this company

RODNEY_G, Feb 2026
Don't use R and B. Use this company for your rental. R and B did not honor our pre paid reservation.

The carts are beat up. We barley could go, but we went. It was frustrating. Please update your carts.

Free to roam

kim_c, Feb 2026
This is a nice way to get around the island on your own time schedule. Make sure if you are paying up front at booking for gas that you are on the same page with the folks on the island as they tried to get me to pay again.

Teresa_C, Feb 2026
Carts worked. Map was helpful. They could been a little faster carts. Gentlemen was very knowledgeable and helpful at check in and out. This is not "right" outside port it is very confusing to get to and a walk. I am pretty positive when I booked the gas was checked as in part of proce but had to pay an additional $12 for fuel.

Great customer service

Lisa_A, Feb 2026
Our ship was not able to dock due to the weather which was sad. However, we contacted the company that morning and they refunded our rental which we really appreciated. Excellent customer service. We will try them again in the future.

Ok but not as good as other rental options.

Sidney_H, Feb 2026
Even though Paradise Carts is more expensive, the carts are not as new or as nice as other rentals we have made in Grand Turk. They also charged us $10 for gas which other rental companies do not charge. The people were nice and friendly.

Look around

paul_w, Jan 2026
Friendly but realize quickly we had the oldest and slowest cart on the island. We got passed by every other cart in the road. Found out later we paid the most money out of everyone we talked to. Next time I will just wait and pay cash and save $75

Golf cart rental

Brian_S, Jan 2026
The golf carts are old, mirrors were zip tied on and One still did not stay in place . Very slow also.

It was fun! Do your research!

Cam_C, Jan 2026
Paradise carts were set up very far from the ship. There are other companies closer. Also, our cart was much slower. We not only got passed by car…we got passed by other golf carts. The people were very nice and we did have a great time driving around.

Great excursion for Grand Turk!

jcdezember, Jan 2026
Grand Turk is the perfect island to rent a golf cart! We had so much fun petting the wild donkeys, exploring random beaches, and shopping. Be sure to bring cash for gas unless you want to stop at the gas station.

Perfect way to see the island

Christy_H, Jan 2026
No issues with this vendor! Golf cart worked fine and everything was as expected. They provided a map of the island and some basic directions to get us started.

Go with another company!

Mary_M, Jan 2026
Located outside the pier gates and had to wait for someone to show up. Older carts with very bald tires. Would go with another company if possible

Paradise Golf Cart

Robert_C, Jan 2026
The cart ran fine. A little dated but fully functional. Easy pickup and drop off. We enjoyed our day. You need a cart to do anything on the island.

Don’t waste time on Paradise Carts

Natalia_S, Jan 2026
Driving a golf cart on a small island with kids is a fun activity. I paid $155 for one adult and 2 kids asking for a better golf cart in the comments, even though cheaper golf carts could be found on Viator. We got literally the absolute SLOWEST cart on the island, not to mention that it was completely worn out. During the whole day we did not meet another cart that would be as slow as ours. The operator also requested to refill the gas after. My suggestion- don’t waste time with Paradise Carts - go out of the main port gate - there are providers with much better carts and there plenty of choices.

Great

Laura_W, Dec 2025
This is outside the entrance to the port outside the gate and is about a 5 minute walk but worth it. We saw a lot of donkeys and went to other beaches outside the port beach. $12 fee to refill the golf cart

Diamond In A Rough

Grand Turk was the third port of call for my Carnival Celebration cruise. Between the excitement of the entertainment on board and trip itself, I scrambled to figure out what excursion I wanted to do, the night before reaching Grand Turk. After watching a few videos and learning about renting a golf cart to “explore” the island, I stumbled upon this company. Once getting off the ship, my party and I exited the cruise port and started walking towards the left hand side where a number of golf cart rental companies are located. You will need to go through the parking lot at the port before reaching a narrow gateway that leads to the area where the golf carts are. There were also locals close by that helped direct us while en route. Upon arrival, I was greeted by Wally who presented me with a document to sign and date to secure my rental. He made the check in process very easy and was EXTREMELY accommodating. He provided a map and circled a few “highlighted” attractions on the island. Returning the rental was easy. We paid $10 for gas upon returning the cart and that was it! I would definitely book with this company again and I am already planning a return to Grand Turk because the few hours I was there just wasn’t enough to experience the beautiful island (:

Get a cart on airport property

Scott_L, Nov 2025
Getting the cart was a fairly long walk past carts available within the airport. Also, there was no information provided that the cart could not enter the airport grounds, eg to pick up others in a party. This is a problem if someone in a party cannot walk far. Also, the cart offered was very poor quality.

Our golf cart did not...

Cynthia_C, Sep 2025
Our golf cart did not have great acceleration. We almost ran out of gas. Our attendant when we returned was not concerned about our complaints. BUT it was fun cruising around the island in a golf cart.

Worked out ok.

Stacy_m, Jul 2025
Golf carts were a little old. I felt like the gas thing was a scam. They asked for $10 when we returned the cart.

Don’t wait till the last minute. You get what you pay for.

Kim_B, Jun 2025
I normally don’t leave a review but with this experience I’m making an exception. Let me start off by saying I waited till the last minute to rent and I totally understand now why paradise golf carts were the last ones available. The company was easy to find, they had the carts ready right out side the ports main gate. That was great. However, the one we had didn’t have any pep. It was slow. We had it to the floor and we were getting passed by other people in golf carts. Maybe it needed some tuning up or something. It started acting like it was trying to go dead. We checked the gas and it was half full. Not sure what was going on. We made it back to the port area and we told the guy what was going on and he did offer to let us use another one. We told him no that we were good. I’m just thinking for the money I spent to rent it, you would think they could afford the upkeep of them. Next time I will do better planning.

Golf cart rental must do!

Christine_G, May 2025
Just what was promised and planned. Loved the island and all the local places we got to go see. Rental was very easy!

Perfect day in Grand Turk!

Amy_H, Apr 2025
Easy walk from the port. Easy, friendly checkin and we were on our way to see the highlights of Grand Turk!

We rented three golf...

sue_p, Mar 2025
We rented three golf carts. One was super slow, one was fast but had transmission trouble, and the last one had very little gas in it. They were the least expensive rentals so I guess we got what we paid for. It was fun to see Grand Turks that way.

Golf cart fun but not perfect by any means

Ariel_W, Mar 2025
The golf cart ran but was rough and a little rundown. The seat got very hot with the motor running underneath us within 15 minutes of driving. You might consider using a towel between you and the seat. The first time we stopped off, we couldn’t get it to start. We finally got it to start when we adjusted the shifter. This happened multiple times-nearly every time we stopped. Price is not the most fair within the carts offered around the area but we had fun driving around so getting a cart is definitely worth it. We did notice our cart ran slower than a lot of the others on the road. They did make sure we had a map and their phone number before we left. We had to fill up a little bc tank was not full of gas at all and we didn’t want to be stranded. We paid the $10 for gas at the end rather than fill it up for $7 per gallon.

Easy last minute rental!

Jan_w, Feb 2025
Paradise is setup outside the gate. It worked great for our last minute reservation. Walk to the left along the red brick path to find them. See Wally! Our cruise only offered 2 hour rentals and Paradise is all day. We cruised north to the lighthouse had a cold beer and even saw a whale! Be sure and stop for a photo of the Grand Turks sign and wave to fellow golf carters along the way. Just before you reach town turn off to Pillary Beach. We rented beach chairs and umbrellas here. The water was really calm and had good snorkeling. The highlight was the local food options. We loved the fried Conch! When returning the golf cart we paid $10 for gas and dropped it off. Very easy!

Poor Quality Carts

Michael_P, Feb 2025
It was the most expensive rental. There were many other companies for less. Cart was very slow, we were passed by all the other carts, we had to continually keep peddle to floor. Vender didn’t seem to care about the issues.

Viator costs more than golf carts right at port.

Leah_J, Feb 2025
I had a reservation with Viator for a 4 seater golf cart for $155. in Grand Turk. Our friends also needed a golf cart which they were able to rent for $140 right at the terminal, without a reservation immediately after disembarking the cruise ship. Their golf cart was in perfect condition. We on the other hand had to leave the terminal area where the confusion began. No information about which company to go to. Several golf cart companies present. We finally found the company that Viator put us with, Paradise rentals and they couldn't find a decent golf cart to rent us. Something was wrong with each one. Finally they rented us one that sputtered and perked the whole day. When we stopped we had to have someone push us to start it again.
