You will walk to booth 10 after you leave the duty free store and ask for aquatic escapes . Once there you’ll be directed to the main gate where pick up will be done once picked up you’ll be carried to Kelly’s house beach and then the excursion will commence.

Please DO NOT BOOK!!!!! The Vendor was unprofessional and didn’t come pick me up for my picture at the meeting point as instructed. Viator was very not helpful at all. This company and vendors are a joke.

Shanika you didn’t show up at the meeting point you attempted to come a whole hour earlier and never responded after being instructed to wait as we had other guest we were catering to you went on the beach and never even met our greeter I’m sorry to hear your dissatisfaction but you booked for that time slot so that’s not on us

Nice experience but wish photographer would’ve helped direct poses better. I did this before in Turks a few years ago and it helped when the photographer guided the session.

It was easy to find but it's a bit of a walk along the beach, and definitely not an easy walk if you have trouble walking on sand. The experience itself was great though! The photos turned out beautiful, though I'd recommend you have some poses in mind. All in all, I'd definitely book again with this company.

Horrible customer service! We had 1130a reservations and we arrived at 1120a. When we arrived there were 7 people before us who'd been waiting since 930a. A woman who'd been waiting told us the reason for the delay. The two young people who worked there essentially ignored us and gave plenty of attitude in their body language. Viator eventually refunded our money but I was was because my daughter in law didn't get to take her pictures that she was really looking forward to.

Manager of site COMPTON CLARKE 👽 absolutely rude, nasty and disrespectful… refused to refund myself and 3 friends our money.. drone battery died first in almost 90 degree weather, services one client then the generator went out.. he had 3 teens working the booth who he tried to put the weight on but they were doing the best they could with what they had.. thanks Hall, Bria and Waterboy😊..
when I tried to talk with him an ask for a refund he hung up on me then called later to ask for my name of course i hung up on him in return.
Viator calls him to inquire about the event though we let them speak with the Teens there who confirmed we were on time ready to go( owner claimed we were late though he was not there)
They had no water no snacks and really no seats to accommodate us and 5 other women waiting.. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Wait til you get to the beach several companies do it and if you use any of them just wait to pay when you get there. Others on the beach offer this for as low as 100$ Beware!! Inquire how many shots you get as well, edits and poses.. Finally if you are not just photogenic and a natural at posing there is NO ONE THERE TO GUIDE YOUR POSITIONS NO ONE LOOKING TO TELL

First of all your phone line got disconnected and mechanical and man made devices fail over time . You’re angry when you showed up past your time and met a group we took in waiting on you . It was terrible. I still haven't received my pictures. This excursion was supposed to be for my birthday. This excursion was scheduled for 5 people. 10, 10:30 and 11. When we arrived at 10, the bookings (5 people) before (9:30) had not been seen. The company had an issue with a battery. We weren't offered water or a refund. We spoke with the owner who didn't offer us a refund upon our request. We came in on a cruise so time was limited. We were at the excursion from 10 am till 4. Issue upon issue, from battery, uploading issue and generator issue. I still haven't received my pictures currently (Dec 3). I have the text with the owner to prove the issue. He's been trying to send different ways but nothing is working. I would like a refund.

The location is at the end of the beach! We walked from the ship and was completely sweaty by the time we got there. Zero guidance on how and when to switch poses. Photos looked like they were taken from a phone. Save your money...walk a bit down the beach and grab the first guy selling... fewer shots but more focus on helping you pose and look good for the photos.

I got there before my time and tried to contact them to figure out where to meet. When I finally got in contact with someone I was told that someone would come and meet me. I waited.... and waited.... and waited. I called back and was told to walk down the beach and someone would meet me. I stood where I was told to wait... and waited some more. Someone finally came. Then, I had to wait for them to set up and by now it's well past my photoshoot time. They offered me a seat. I waited about another half hour for them to set up. More people came and I was told that I had to wait for another girl to go before me because she had something else to do 😒 but was told it wouldn't take long... I waited about another 30 minutes for them to be done with her photoshoot. Then it was finally my turn. Now I will say that they make you feel super comfortable and safe and they boost your confidence. They help you with poses. It's really fun. BUT after I was done they couldn't figure out how to upload my pics to my phone because I didn't have a iPhone 😬 so that took about another half hour until they finally figured it out. You do get about 200 photos and some videos. While I was happy with my photos I would not recommend due to the unprofessionalism. They were very nice but super unorganized. I was told that they are not use to getting customers that early but my time slot was an option when I booked

Unprofessional and unorganized. Overpriced for the quality of picture and customer service. They book everyone shoots during the same time which causes the photo shoot to be longer than needed. It took 3 hrs for the shoot to be completed due to unorganization and technical difficulties. The photo shoot spot will be about a 15 min ride from the cruise port so be mindful of that if you want to plan to do other activities.

Brittany we do not operate from that location regularly. As told to all of you we did that to ensure you guys were able to do the activity despite the conditions which existed, you had the option to cancel you were given a free ride to the location with return paid for also we were not unorganized we had to move all the equipment to the second location while we do apologies you were informed of what was gonna happen.

Our time was 9:30AM we got there at 9:15 no body to be found besides another party who was waiting also. The pick up spot is not where they tell you to meet at which is the pink Starbucks. I waited and email until 9:45 with no response!

We had a reservation for 12:00 didn’t start till 3hrs later that had ppl there that had 10 reservations still sitting there when we got there it was hot out there and we couldn’t really enjoy Turks bcuz we was sitting there they tell u to meet at margaritaville but no one be there u have call them and they say walk up the beach they had a couple go before us and they was a walk up the problem is they don’t block out times many ppl be can do the same time and they get back up the other Kayak company on the beach was faster than them smh

We changed the meeting location prior and messaged you informing you of the change. What you didn’t mention was you were placed in complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas with food free of charge for the inconvenience. You chose not to read the message sent and we do apologize for the delay but we compensated for that and made up for it with the photos. Not to mention you called us after the hour and not before when we had a meeting system please state all facts when you want to bash our services thank you

The clear kayak photoshoot was a great experience!! I was worried cause I dont know how to swim but the tour guides never took their eyes off of me and they were always near. They even gave you directions on how pose. I like that they airdrop the pics and videos to you so you have them before the tour ends! They also provide a free rum punch at the end of the tour as well!! Great tour!!!

If you don't book THIS excursion, you are missing out! Everyone was professional and kind. They went above and beyond to ensure that my husband and I had a great time, and our photos came out nicely. This excursion was worth every penny. Everyone was funny, and they made my husband and I feel like we were family. I would definitely do this again and stop by to say hi when I come back to Grand Turk.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with the Clear Kayak Photoshoot in Grank Turk. We took photos for our honeymoon and they came out great. The guys we worked with were very nice and professional. They even helped us come up with some fun poses. Would definitely recommend to people who want to have some special photos on the clear blue sea.

Great experience, everyone was nice!!. I wasn’t sure when my pictures were being taken though, so some of my pictures didnt come out right. I am still waiting on my edited images also, they told me 24-48hrs, it was done on Thursday 23rd. I would do again though, next time I will know what to expect.!!! Beautiful waters !!!

It was a horrible experience. They had us out in the hot sun waiting around for hours. They were so disorganized. I sat for 3 hours to wait on my turn and then waited another 1 hour for my pictures. Only to return to my ship and realized I only had about 10 pictures and they had sent me someone else’s pictures, when I was promised 40-50…I had to get off the ship and go back to them for them to say they couldn’t find my pictures and I would have to do the shoot all over. There was no way I was waiting around again. They ruined most of my shore day already. Everyone was complaining about how long it was taking. I was very disappointed and didn’t get what I paid for!
