Pick up WAS NOT at the port. It was a 5 minute walk to the parking lot as they were not allowed inside as promised. Golf cart had trash left in it from previous use and reverse was almost non-existent. Transaction was simple and agent was nice enough but i don't think i'd rent from them agin

Thank you for your review. As communicated in our pickup instructions, we are located directly outside the cruise terminal property, as access is restricted by the cruise centre. It is approximately a five-minute walk from where your ship docks.
We apologize that some trash may have been overlooked during the cart preparation and that you experienced an issue with the reverse function. This is not the standard we aim to provide, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention.
We’re pleased to hear that the rental transaction was straightforward and that our agent was helpful. Thank you for your feedback.
Easy rental, friendly people. No hassle, reliable golf cart. We did switch from a 6 seater to a 2 seater, with understanding a refund for the the difference would be given. I hope we get the refund.
(The friends we were traveling with had a death in the immediate family).
The first gentleman who helped us was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and he got us taken care of quickly.
Unfortunately, shortly into our excursion we realized the brakes on our cart were not engaging properly. The cart also became stuck in neutral twice after backing up. The second time it took us about 10 minutes to get it back into drive, which was frustrating and concerning.
We returned to let the staff know about the issues and to see if we could exchange the cart. This time we were helped by a different group of employees who were not nearly as friendly or helpful. In the end, we kept the original cart and simply made sure to park in places where we wouldn’t have to use reverse again to avoid getting stuck.
