I booked and paid for a six person golf cart in Grand Turk months in advance. I received confirmation and was ready to tour the island. A couple of days before we were to arrive we received confirmation and the place where we would meet to pick up the cart. We were all set and ready. However, the morning we were to dock in Grand Turk the captain decided the seas were too rough to safely dock in port so we missed Grand Turk. We were very disappointed. I contacted Viator and explained the situation. I received a full refund without having to jump through hoops. That speaks volumes to the character of this company. If I ever need another service this company offers this is the company I will choose even if they’re a couple of dollars more than their competitors. They have shown an example of customer service that I wish all companies would follow.

They made it very easy to find them with instructions sent to my email. They also ga e us a map of the island with their recommendations, which was very helpful.

These are sturdy golf carts with storage underneath the back seat. You have to walk outside of the parking lot to get to the golf cart location. We were happy that these carts had a windshield wiper because we did encounter a strong rain shower on the way to the lighthouse.

Very enjoyable couple hours, got to see most of the island before spending the rest of the day at the beach. You easily could venture around and find your own secluded beach.

Great way to enjoy the day on Grand Turk with the kids. These are some of the best golf carts on the island. We were passing people all the way up to the lighthouse even though they had their carts floored. Check in and check out was easy.

The golf cart was clean and in good working condition. We had plenty of room and loved that it was fire engine red. We rode around all over the island, and I enjoyed practicing driving on the other side of the road in a golf cart on a laid back island. You definitely need to follow the instructions given for finding the D.E.A, Rentals, as they are not in plain sight when you get off the ship. You walk and then walk some more (when you start questioning yourself), and then there they are!

This was a pricey excursion, which I don’t really mind, however there is nothing to see on this island. If I was ever to go back they I would just make it a beach day, beaches are beautiful, but to spend over $200 and not really have anything to see was a pretty big disappointment

We paid a $20 fuel surcharge as part of our cost then the company insisted we pay another $10 for fuel coat, despite the listing stating all charges included. I even showed the receipt on my phone that indicated I paid $20 and the manager told me I was lying. We finally paid the cost so we could leave but I would not recommend this dishonest company.
As well, the golf cart was very loud. Not sure the company owns this but makes for a much less pleasant ride.

2nd visit on a cruise, no golf carts available last time so prebooked before we cruised to make sure we got one. Definitely the best way to explore for the day! Staff very friendly as well!

We rented a golf cart that was a 6 seater. We picked it up after maybe an 10 minute flat walk from the cruise ship. It was all ready to go. We were able to see Grand Turk island at our own pace.. Went to beaches, light house, the local museum and drove around the town and had lunch at a local restaurant serving local food. . Lots of dogs, donkeys and horses along the route that were fun to see. Great day on Grand Turk island.

Their base location was a bit hard to find, fortunately a lot of other excursion people kept pointing us in the right direction. Also, while we were on the way back, our golf cart broke down about 1/4 mile from their return location. We called their contact number & their man came out immediately with a new cart - all ended well.

Best way to see Grand Turk… I booked the 6 seater a few hours before we disembarked, they confirmed through email. There was only one boat docked that day, probably should book it sooner just to make sure you get it. It was a short walk and then the golf cart was ours. We toured all over the island on our own time. Took about three hours max with stops. Carts were in great condition… had tons of fun as a family, and then we went back and hung out at the beach. Oh if you don’t full the tank you have to pay them $10.00 additional. We use bout half a tank.

Golf carts were okay. You only need 2-3 hours max to go around the island so the 10 hour duration is excessive. There is no way to get your monies worth. It would be better if they could rent for a couple of hours and pro-rate cost like at Catalina Island. There is also $20 charge for fuel - there is no way to use that much with golf carts on this little island so it's another grab for money.

The directions from ship to pickup point were okay and were eventually able to find the location. I had a motorized scooter to add to our golf cart at the back of it, Staff assisted with tying onto cart with our own straps. Staff had asked me to drive the scooter across the boulder and gravel filled pickup lot but I had to insist I would not TWiCE which added to some confusion. The cart itself could have been cleaner and better maintained, less than expected. The island itself was disappointing and have recommended to cruise line to not stop here. If I could ask for a credit on a future tour I would do so.

We would like to respectfully clarify one point in your review: at no time did our team insist that you drive your scooter through the gravel or rocky area. Our staff always prioritize guest safety and provide guidance, but the final decision on how to proceed is always at the guest’s discretion.
Regarding the condition of the cart, our fleet is cleaned and maintained daily, and the vast majority of guest feedback reflects this. However, we do apologize if your expectations were not met in this instance, and we take your comments seriously as part of our ongoing efforts to improve.
As for the island experience, every traveler’s preferences and expectations are different. We always encourage guests to research their destination in advance so they can choose excursions that best match their interests. It's your responsibility to research and plan your vacation prior to doing bookings.

Arrived at the pick up location outside the cruise port terminal everybody was very friendly. All the paperwork was ready to go. We didn’t wait at all. We got in our six person golf cart and it was perfect. They even give us a map of the island. Very smooth.

The golf carts were great, up to date and new. They run off gas and there is a $10 charge for gas when you turn them in. It was nice to have freedom to cruise the island. The pick up is outside the gate of the main cruise port, a short walk.

Golf carts were clean and well maintained. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The pickup point was outside the port and a good walk from the ship and the golf carts are not allowed in the port area. One of my guests had mobility issues and I thought that might be a problem, but the staff were very helpful in loaning me a car that I could use to go back into the port to pick up my party and then again after our rental to drive my guest back to the port area. The golf cart was a great way to see all parts of the island. Again, the staff was outstanding.
