When you get off the ship, walk through the duty free store and as you exit the store make a left and follow the path to the beach.Walk along the beach away from the ship until you should find the Parasail Boat on the beach. This is just in front of the 'Local Village' .

- All passenger weights MUST be advised at time of booking. Maximum combined weight 450lbs and less when wind conditions warrant using a smaller Parasail. Maximum individual weight restriction due to ladder is 280lbs
- At time of booking, Cruise ship passengers must provide the following information at time of booking: ship name, docking time, disembarkation time and re-boarding time
- Subject to favorable weather conditions. If canceled due to poor weather, you will be given a full refund

Parasailing was an amazing experience, the boat Captains Romain and Luis were fun, friendly and super helpful. We would strongly recommend this tour. Easy to get to , just a short walk down the beach. We got off the boat early and rented chairs right where pick up was and then had them when we were done. Overall perfect excursion for the short visit

Great experience! Captain Louie and the first mate were awesome! They helped us onto the boat, clearly explained the procedure to get hooked up and start sailing, and checked in with us multiple times while in the air. We got to dip our feet twice and felt like we flew forever! Definitely recommend!

This excursion was so fun, so relaxing, and such a great way to start our port day at Grand Turk. We scheduled our parasailing experience for shortly after debarking our ship and were the only 2 for our time slot. The crew showed us a great time out on the water and a wonderful parasailing experience. It was fun to see the island, the ocean, and our cruise ship all from such a high vantage point. I’m a little scared of heights and still had a great time. My sister loved it. Thank you for the best start to our day at Grand Turk!

Amazing experience. The tour operator Luis and Romaine ensured we were comfortable and careful to get us ready for take off and landing. They helped us get on and off boat and took some great photos and recording.
We enjoyed every minute of this unique experience.
I recommended them to 2 other friends in our group and they liked this excursion too.

This was a great excursion, had to fly as singles because of no wind. We had a great time !
My wife wasn't sure about this (scared of heights) but when I asked if she would do it again .... she said YES !

It was great! I was a bit nervous, but they guys were super helpful, professional, (and played great music), and the boat and equipment was in great shape! I would DEFINITELY recommend!

This was simply amazing. Tour operators were excellent especially with the kids. He dipped them a couple times only to knees but they were thrilled. Kids said they sailed way over top of ship. They’re still talking about it. We’ve scheduled another tour with Viator next week in Cozumel.

Parasailing was an awesome experience! We did a double tandem. We thought we would have to jump in the water to go up, but we didn't even get wet. We left and returned directly to the boat. It was easy even if you have a few mobility issues. It felt like sitting in a large swing high in the air.
One thing that could be improved is better direction for the meeting spot. There were a lot of boats coming and going for various excursions and the stretch of beach was quite long. The name on the boat and the sign did not exactly match the email confirmations.

If i could give it zero stars i would because i didn’t get the opportunity to experience parasailing. I paid in advance and showed up 15mins ahead of the time and was told they were behind 25-30 mins. My fiancé and i wanted and then inquired after 30 mins and was told to wait another 15mins. However, aftwr an hour of waiting, they said they were unsure when the boat would be returning. I requested a refund and was told it would take up to 7 days. This was our anniversary present to ourselves as we have been wanting to parasail. It sucks that we didn’t get to experience this activity for our anniversary due to a lack of communication and service, as there was no parasailing in sight on the beach, yet the tour representatives kept asking people if they wanted to parasail. It led me to believe that they were willing to take “cash” payers to parasail and not those who had pre-paid. My fiancé and i booked the parasailing and didn’t get to experience it but we also booked for our adult children to ATV and they had a blast.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are genuinely sorry that your parasailing experience did not take place as planned—especially as this was meant to be part of your anniversary celebration.
On the day of your booking, a mechanical issue occurred with the parasail vessel while completing the flight prior to yours. As parasailing is a high-risk activity, we operate under strict safety protocols, and the vessel must be fully operational and cleared before continuing flights. At that point, we were unable to confirm exactly when the issue would be resolved, and for safety reasons, flights could not proceed.
Once it became clear that the delay would be longer than anticipated, you advised that you did not wish to continue waiting. At that time, we immediately processed a full refund from our side. As your booking was made through a third-party booking platform, the timing of the refund appearing back to your account is controlled by that platform and your payment provider, not by us as the local tour operator. Unfortunately, we have no ability to expedite or influence their processing timelines.
We would also like to clarify that no guests were allowed to parasail while the vessel was grounded, regardless of whether they intended to pay by cash or pre paid. Safety is never compromised, and we do not prioritize one form of payment over another. Any staff activity on the beach during that period was related to general guest assistance and future bookings, not active parasailing operations.
We truly regret the disappointment this caused during such a special occasion. Mechanical issues, while rare, can occur, and when they do, safety must always come first—even when that results in an inconvenience to our guests.
For future visits, we always recommend booking directly with the tour operator, as this allows for clearer real-time communication and faster refund handling when circumstances outside anyone’s control arise.
We do appreciate you also noting that your adult children enjoyed their ATV tour, and we hope that should you return to Turks & Caicos, we will have the opportunity to provide you with the safe, seamless parasailing experience you were originally looking forward to.

We booked toward the end of the day. Our group of 4 were the only ones on the boat. It was so fun to cruise around while 2 of us flew and the adventure in the sky was very calming and peaceful. The captains were very friendly and focused on safety. We were in the air for what felt like quite a while. I would definitely go again! We walked right up to the boat by the cruise ship area, not too hard to find as long as the boat is at the shore. Awesome value for our money. Remember to bring a bit of cash for a tip.

It was fun, and always focused on safety. Pre activity instructions were clearer. I’m pretty certain each participant got a couple extra minutes.
We were surprised at how peaceful and quiet it felt while “flying.”

Nice operators. They played good reggae music, offered us free water. They were very good at their jobs and seemed to make safety a priority. They made our ride fun too. Only down side is the duration of the ride, but we knew that in advance when booking. We had a nice small group of 10 people on the boat. It was a short walk down the beach to the meeting point. Not well marked, but not too hard to find. They are the only parasail boat.

Great directions to meet up point, boat was exactly where they said the pick up would be a few minutes early. Experience was great and they even included photos and videos on our iPhone. Highly recommend!!

The overall activity was really nice however if you get really bad motion sickness, I wouldn’t recommend this activity. The waters and wind are pretty high and wavy around this time so the boat was swaying really bad. Myself, others who also did the event at the same time, and others who got off prior to me said the same thing. I was super nauseous and by the time I actually did the parasailing, I wanted to come down after 5 minutes because of the swaying. But again, it was a great excursion and very beautiful views. The crew was very nice as well. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because it is VERY HARD to know where this company is. Although they give you walking directions, there is no signage and there are other companies trying to haggle you as well to do parasailing with them. Luckily a woman who just finished helped us out with where to wait.

I'm pleased you enjoyed the activity despite your motion sickness. I'm sorry you struggled to find the location as there is only one boat access lane on the beach in front of the local village and only one parasail boat in Grand Turk. Unfortunately there is no signage legally permitted on the beach which is why specific instructions are given in writing after booking.
