Best golf cart rental experience. Our cart was clean and looked cooler than others! Easy to use and staff were very friendly. Please note there is a walk to outside the port gates to all the rental businesses but staff will direct you. 5/5 will use again. See the donkeys, lighthouse, and stop at Jacks.
I wouldn't exactly call these carts luxury. Ours ran decently but the check engine light and low fuel light stayed on all day. Cart was much pricier than other rental options. Honestly we booked here last minute and would probably chosen someone else given more time.
Great carts. These will get you around the island quickly and safely. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
You hire the buggy, drive and explore. It’s a small island so easy to get around. We had a great time
We booked so when we got off the cruise ship we had our own way of exploring, and no regrets!! The golf carts are in great condition, fueled and ready to go.. They gave us a map and a little insight info how to get around the island… Highly recommend this option…. Islanders are friendly and helpful, no one tries to push anything on you, beaches are all public so if you see some beautiful water stop and enjoy…. And there’s donkeys and horse everywhere!!
We rented two sets of these golf carts for our group and had the best time. The golf cart pick up is just outside the port gates. The crew did a great job explaining the island and gave us maps. We rode around and visited the lighthouse. There are donkey's everywhere that like to eat. Bring cash to tip the guys and to buy donkey food from the locals. We heard the Taco Bar is a cool place. We stopped, ate, drank, and swam in the ocean. Rosa and Deshawna at The Taco Bar were amazing. The rum punch will knock you on your butt. Ha Ha. I would 100% do this again. DEA went above and beyond! Our port call was canceled less than 24 hrs of our reservation. DEA still gave us a refund! Thank you and with business practices like this, I will definitely use them in the future!
Excellent golf cart. Staff is very informative. Would definitely recommend and would do again with this company. Did not book thru cruise ship. Did this last minute because our shore excursion was cancelled.
Our experience was very pleasant and pain free. The vendor gave clear directions on how to locate them once in port and explained everything to us before our departure. They provided a map with some local attractions notated on it and away we went. The cart was very comfortable and we loved having a small cooler on back for cold drinks. We were able to hook our phone to the cart via Bluetooth as well so we could play our beach playlist while cruising the island. Definitely recommend and will be renting again in the future!
Easiest way to get around the island with no problems at all. Great fun for everyone taking part. Would recommend
We unfortunately weren’t able to use our rental because our cruise couldn’t dock due to weather. They gave us a refund even though I wasn’t able to alert them of the issue until 30 minutes before due to late notice from the ship. Book these carts with confidence they will do you right! Would of rather been able to use their carts as they look great!
Our golf cart was probably nicer than most. You do have to walk quite a ways to get to their pick up place. Our golf cart had difficulty getting put in reverse a couple times. And you have to give them $10 for gas which isn’t in their ad.

We had a great experience. The golf carts were brand new and very nice, we had no issue with them at all. The employees were so nice and helpful. Would 100% rent again and recommend.
The golf cart was not in good condition. The check engine light turned on when we were half way back to the pickup place. We did make it back to the pickup spot.
The golf cart was a bit dirty.
The map they gave us had numbers but no legend to the numbers!!

The golf carts were comfortable, drove great, and had plenty of space to store towels, bags, and other essentials. Daniel was incredibly responsive and quick to answer any questions we had, which made the whole process stress-free.
Finding the pickup location was exactly as described, and even while following the directions, friendly locals on the island went out of their way to make sure we were headed the right way.
We were given a clear map with directions, recommended routes, and fun stops along the island, which made exploring easy and enjoyable.
The golf carts themselves are very easy to drive—just drive, neutral, and reverse. The only thing to remember is to drive on the left side of the road. Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish. Highly recommend DEA!
We travel often and use viator for every trip. We have never had a bad experience using viator. The golf cart was great. Much better than most on the island. Faster,bigger tires. Loved it.
Quality, clean cart. Nicest ones we saw for rent, but also the priciest! There is decent storage underneath the back seat, which was helpful since we brought snorkel gear and beach stuff. The cooler is tiny. Be prepared to leave a $250 deposit and either add gas or pay a $10 fee when you return the cart.

Great overall experience. Clean carts, friendly staff that throughly explained how they operate. They provided some excellent advice on places to visit. Provided a good map of the area.
They were amazing and clean, fast. Way better than some of the other ones we saw. This made experiencing Grand Turk more enjoyable!
For a little bit of a walk, it's well worth it! The host gave detailed instructions on how to operate the cart, explained what to see on the map, and was very friendly even with numerous groups checking in at one time.
Easy check in/check out process - about a 5 minute walk through parking lot area to access pickup point. Nice carts with storage under rear seat. Map of Grand Turk provided with stop suggestions marked. Fun way to explore on your own and at your own pace. One note: you’ll need to pay $10 for gas at the end of the trip.
Great way to get around Turks. This is our second time using this company when docked in Grand Turk.

Might be a little more than others but we didn’t want to take a chance of breaking down.
Easy check in and out. They gave us a map and explained everything. What they didn’t say is no street sign. Island is small so back tracking just brings more adventure.

Was a lot of fun! Biggest complaint is back 2 seats face backwards so you really cant talk to the people in the front. Also, no mention of $10 gas fee when purchasing. And, its quite a walk from the ship to the pickup/drop off point. But, still a fun day.
Short walk to outside the port area. Someone was there the entire time. Very informative and professional. I felt very secure, the golf carts were in great shape much better than most of the other companies I saw.
