Excellent golf cart. Staff is very informative. Would definitely recommend and would do again with this company. Did not book thru cruise ship. Did this last minute because our shore excursion was cancelled.

Our experience was very pleasant and pain free. The vendor gave clear directions on how to locate them once in port and explained everything to us before our departure. They provided a map with some local attractions notated on it and away we went. The cart was very comfortable and we loved having a small cooler on back for cold drinks. We were able to hook our phone to the cart via Bluetooth as well so we could play our beach playlist while cruising the island. Definitely recommend and will be renting again in the future!

We unfortunately weren’t able to use our rental because our cruise couldn’t dock due to weather. They gave us a refund even though I wasn’t able to alert them of the issue until 30 minutes before due to late notice from the ship. Book these carts with confidence they will do you right! Would of rather been able to use their carts as they look great!

Our golf cart was probably nicer than most. You do have to walk quite a ways to get to their pick up place. Our golf cart had difficulty getting put in reverse a couple times. And you have to give them $10 for gas which isn’t in their ad.

The golf cart was not in good condition. The check engine light turned on when we were half way back to the pickup place. We did make it back to the pickup spot.
The golf cart was a bit dirty.
The map they gave us had numbers but no legend to the numbers!!

DEA is absolutely the company you want to book with.
The golf carts were comfortable, drove great, and had plenty of space to store towels, bags, and other essentials. Daniel was incredibly responsive and quick to answer any questions we had, which made the whole process stress-free.
Finding the pickup location was exactly as described, and even while following the directions, friendly locals on the island went out of their way to make sure we were headed the right way.
We were given a clear map with directions, recommended routes, and fun stops along the island, which made exploring easy and enjoyable.
The golf carts themselves are very easy to drive—just drive, neutral, and reverse. The only thing to remember is to drive on the left side of the road. Overall, an excellent experience from start to finish. Highly recommend DEA!

We travel often and use viator for every trip. We have never had a bad experience using viator. The golf cart was great. Much better than most on the island. Faster,bigger tires. Loved it.

Quality, clean cart. Nicest ones we saw for rent, but also the priciest! There is decent storage underneath the back seat, which was helpful since we brought snorkel gear and beach stuff. The cooler is tiny. Be prepared to leave a $250 deposit and either add gas or pay a $10 fee when you return the cart.

For a little bit of a walk, it's well worth it! The host gave detailed instructions on how to operate the cart, explained what to see on the map, and was very friendly even with numerous groups checking in at one time.

Easy check in/check out process - about a 5 minute walk through parking lot area to access pickup point. Nice carts with storage under rear seat. Map of Grand Turk provided with stop suggestions marked. Fun way to explore on your own and at your own pace. One note: you’ll need to pay $10 for gas at the end of the trip.

Was a lot of fun! Biggest complaint is back 2 seats face backwards so you really cant talk to the people in the front. Also, no mention of $10 gas fee when purchasing. And, its quite a walk from the ship to the pickup/drop off point. But, still a fun day.

Smooth process from start to finish. Located just outside the port gates. Carts were in excellent condition and very comfortable. We were able to explore at our own pace. I think their names were Jeffy and Jefty, something like that but they were very professional and informative. Will rent again for sure!!!

The check in process was so easy. You have to leave the port to get to the area where you get your golf cart. It was a quick walk and easy to find. The man who checked us in was so friendly and gave us a map with the whole island explained and all of the highlights of where we could find everything. The golf cart was in perfect condition and went faster than the other carts from other companies. We passed everyone. It was so fun to be able to explore the whole island on our own. It’s a very easy and doable experience to tour the island on your own by golf cart. Definitely recommend renting from this company, we would again for sure!

Jeffry and Larry were very attentive, polite and informative. The golf cart was like brand new and they took pride in the carts. They were easy to find from the ship. We saw many others who rented older carts from other companies and were broken down. It is definitely worth the extra to rent super nice carts from this company. Very easy experience - operator provided clear instructions on pick up and the golf carts are in almost new condition. Would definitely recommend these over other golf carts on the island, it’s worth the extra $60 to get a new, faster (they go up to 30 mph) golf cart with Bluetooth, cooler, etc. You can either pay the operator $10 at the end of the trip for gas or fill up at any gas station on the island (we did the first). Highly recommend if you are looking to explore the island on your own.

The golf car was just as pictured. It worked great and had no issues. Had a Bluetooth radio and cooler. The guy who checked us in was informative and walked us through the golf cart and a map of the whole island.

Be careful of the Gas Gauge Cart #13 wuz broken & misleading Tank wuz full but the gauge showed different,it’s Blu Tooth so you can ride with your music also very fast (30mph)
