Pick up was slightly confusing due to there not being any clear signage, but they did know our name and had our reservation once we found the right person.
Fuel is NOT included. When we returned to drop off the cart, they demanded cash from us- which is something I wish was listed in the booking.

Fuel is included with every golf cart rental. As several rental companies operate from the same distribution hub, it is standard practice for the company receiving the golf cart to verify the fuel level upon its return. However, only our team can confirm the inclusions associated with bookings made through our company. If another operator receives the golf cart, they may request payment for fuel because they are unable to verify that fuel was included as part of your reservation with us.

We booked in advance and the company was proactive in contacting us when the ship arrived at port. The cart was clean and safe to operate. The attendant knew our names as we arrived. I would recommend the company invest in better signage as they are grouped together with several other companies. This would make finding them and returning the cart easier. This is a beautiful way to explore the island and create our own island experience.
