Fun time, it was easy to pickup the golf cart and we were free to explore the area and saw a lot of exciting things within the town area.

Easy to access, lots of Independence however I did not like that the attendant said I needed to give him a tip at the end.

It’s a lot of guys that don’t work with us that comes by requesting cash

To pick up the golf cart we asked around at the pier because everyone everyone was haggling us to get a golf cart and when we said we already had one rented and asked where to find this company we were told to go outside the gates very rudely by people who supposedly worked for this company, we walk out there and find the golf carts and get told the basic things about the cart and was specifically told to bring it back at the same gas level that we took it at which was 3/4 full. After our half day of driving around we put some gas in it to 3/4 full again and take it back. The guy that was there when we returned asked if we filled it up and I said we filled it to where it was when we took it as we were told to and he again very rudely said we had to fill it up all the way. I questioned why we had to fill it all the way for gas we didn’t even use, his response was to go fill it all the way or give him ten bucks and he will do it. It was the principal of them wanting us to pay for gas we didn’t use when we were told to bring it back at the level it was when we took it and we did that then still had to pay this guy ten bucks. The carts were fine but the service was not.

This was a great experience! We were able to enjoy the island on our own timeline. The company was great. We didn’t have any issues. I highly recommend renting a golf cart when going to Grand Turk and from this company.

It was fun kind of hard for us to navigate around the island
Golf cart was one of the slowest ones we barely made it ten miles an hour, but it was a lot of fun

Golf carts are slow and the island is only 7 miles long
Allows you to see the whole island. After seeing the lighthouse and exploring the town, We found the most beautiful beach and spent the rest of our day there.

location: exit the main gate, make a left, you'll see golfcart rental. pass them and go 200 yards to a gate. go left, pass gate and on right side of road. there is NO signs.
other than finding them, no problems. we did a 2 hour tour first, and i doubt we needed a golfcart, probably didn't need to because island is small and we saw the important stuff.

This is my second time renting from this company at Grand Turk. The first time was seamless. This time I think they overbooked and the four-seaters were gone (except one he didn’t want to give to us for some reason). The young man who was working called his boss and we had to wait about 15-20 minutes for them to decide to give us the one he didn’t want to in the first place. I know this doesn’t seem huge but when you’re on a time crunch and have to be back on the ship before 3:30 it is a pain. They did have about 10 six-seaters but didn’t want to give us one of those. This was my family’s first time here and my second. No one else had an issue that we could tell as everyone was getting their cart and leaving all around us. I’m not sure I would use this company again.

The hardest part was figuring out how to walk out the main gate to find the company. We had a great time driving around the island. Ended our day at Governor's Beach for a couple of hours. Didn't want to leave!

Gas is SUPER expensive ($8 US a gallon) the side mirror, check engine light was on, and backup cameras were broke.

BMC Rentals & Watersports don’t control the gas prices and the jeep wrangler doesn’t have reverse camera we never installed it
The area is located outside the port gate. We did switch golf carts as the first one wouldn’t start. Glad we checked before he left. The cart worked well and got us around the entire island. Gassing up was easy as we received help from the attendant.

I accidentally booked the wrong day and Viator couldn’t change since it was within the 24 hour window. This company was great! They changed my reservation date and were very easy to work with. Highly recommend!

We was taking care by Javerson, very nice and caring. Im in a wheelchair and I was ready to have my wheelchair in front of me and he help me put it in the back. Converting the back seat in a platform. We had a blast that day our whole family. Thanks Javerson you make the difference.

The location listed is not correct and takes you well out of your way. However the people overseeing the golf carts were friendly. You do need to fill up with gas, at about $20 a gallon.

The BMC team was extremely unprofessional. My group rented four vehicles (3 - six passenger & 1 - four passenger vehicle). None of the vehicles were available upon arrival, and it took over 1.5 hrs for us to just get 2 of the 4 vehicles. The vehicles gas gauges didn't work, and the check-in/check out process was extremely unorganized.
We eventually, called friends to help transport us to the beach after BMC was unable to provide an estimated delivery time of our other 2 vehicles. BMC eventually delivered our other 2 vehicles to the beach per our request around 1pm est (vehicles should've been ready at 8:00am).
The biggest surprise of the day came when one the BMC representatives ask me about the availability of my niece! I couldn't believe what I was hearing!! I along with my friend both told the representative to start with getting our vehicles and gas! The representative had the nerve to ask again after dropping off our other two vehicles at 1pm. I told him to stay away from pur group, do not approach my niece, and go kick rocks!

It was a bit of confusion on bookings , we ask to cancel;guest refused to cancel
The staff was so helpful. Golf cart was ready for me. All I had to do was showing booking info and I was given a map and sent on my way. We were sitting on side of road getting a drink and a worker came by and stopped and made sure we were ok. I was leery about booking outside cruise line and I was wrong. This was amazing. Book them for your golf cart. Don’t think twice.

You had to walk a little further than the rest but was much less expensive for the same thing. The golf cart works fine and was great to have for the day at a lower price than the shop offered.

They never showed up! We waited two hours by the golf carts and the person to give a golf cart never showed up! There was about 10 groups that were they’re waiting as well.
There was another company in the same parking lot, who said that the guy who was supposed to show up was out drinking the night before and they’ve been trying to call him and he never answered.
I tried to reach the company and no one ever answered. We ended up paying double the prize and went with another company and never got our money back for this golf cart rental..

That morning they said there was no 4 per carts but had 6 person for an upcharge of $65. After about an hour he could find us a 4 cart but we had to pay in cash instead. what a waste of time

Bmc rentals notified you that it won’t be any 4 seaters available, we asked "do you want an upgrade or can I refund you since I’m over book and don’t have a 4 seater".
You didn’t want a 6 seater and refuse to be refunded.
The experience was disappointing. I booked over a week in advance to ensure that we would not have any issues. The night before the excursion I received an email at 10:30 PM to say that our four seater golf cart was gone and they could give us a six seater. We weren’t thrilled, but we were still happy to go the next morning after we left the ship we found our way to where the operators were waiting. They look surprised that we were there and they said didn’t you receive the email that your tour was canceled. To say I was livid was putting it mildly not to blame those men. That’s not their fault. it’s your fault. No email in the morning to say it was canceled. What a disgrace luckily we were able to go to another company and order a golf cart and had a beautiful stay on grand Turk. I have used via tour before and never had an issue. This was disgraceful shame on you. Now I have to go to American Express and cancel the charge because it wasn’t canceled automatically. I have not received any notification from via tour except for this morning wanting me to leave a review. Here’s your beautiful review fix your stuff. I wouldn’t recommend you to anybody?

You are not very well advertised and we found it difficult to find you. We weren't given a map, and the vehicle had no key so anyone could have taken it, not very secure. The guy who met us seemed totally uninterested. Viator has a good reputation so this was disappointing. I wanted to book a jet ski as a treat for my husband but after this experience I haven't.
This was super easy and the staff met us outside the port and gave us helpful information regarding the area and things to do and see.
