The location listed is not correct and takes you well out of your way. However the people overseeing the golf carts were friendly. You do need to fill up with gas, at about $20 a gallon.

The BMC team was extremely unprofessional. My group rented four vehicles (3 - six passenger & 1 - four passenger vehicle). None of the vehicles were available upon arrival, and it took over 1.5 hrs for us to just get 2 of the 4 vehicles. The vehicles gas gauges didn't work, and the check-in/check out process was extremely unorganized.
We eventually, called friends to help transport us to the beach after BMC was unable to provide an estimated delivery time of our other 2 vehicles. BMC eventually delivered our other 2 vehicles to the beach per our request around 1pm est (vehicles should've been ready at 8:00am).
The biggest surprise of the day came when one the BMC representatives ask me about the availability of my niece! I couldn't believe what I was hearing!! I along with my friend both told the representative to start with getting our vehicles and gas! The representative had the nerve to ask again after dropping off our other two vehicles at 1pm. I told him to stay away from pur group, do not approach my niece, and go kick rocks!

The staff was so helpful. Golf cart was ready for me. All I had to do was showing booking info and I was given a map and sent on my way. We were sitting on side of road getting a drink and a worker came by and stopped and made sure we were ok. I was leery about booking outside cruise line and I was wrong. This was amazing. Book them for your golf cart. Don’t think twice.

You had to walk a little further than the rest but was much less expensive for the same thing. The golf cart works fine and was great to have for the day at a lower price than the shop offered.

They never showed up! We waited two hours by the golf carts and the person to give a golf cart never showed up! There was about 10 groups that were they’re waiting as well.
There was another company in the same parking lot, who said that the guy who was supposed to show up was out drinking the night before and they’ve been trying to call him and he never answered.
I tried to reach the company and no one ever answered. We ended up paying double the prize and went with another company and never got our money back for this golf cart rental..

That morning they said there was no 4 per carts but had 6 person for an upcharge of $65. After about an hour he could find us a 4 cart but we had to pay in cash instead. what a waste of time

Bmc rentals notified you that it won’t be any 4 seaters available, we asked "do you want an upgrade or can I refund you since I’m over book and don’t have a 4 seater".
You didn’t want a 6 seater and refuse to be refunded.

The experience was disappointing. I booked over a week in advance to ensure that we would not have any issues. The night before the excursion I received an email at 10:30 PM to say that our four seater golf cart was gone and they could give us a six seater. We weren’t thrilled, but we were still happy to go the next morning after we left the ship we found our way to where the operators were waiting. They look surprised that we were there and they said didn’t you receive the email that your tour was canceled. To say I was livid was putting it mildly not to blame those men. That’s not their fault. it’s your fault. No email in the morning to say it was canceled. What a disgrace luckily we were able to go to another company and order a golf cart and had a beautiful stay on grand Turk. I have used via tour before and never had an issue. This was disgraceful shame on you. Now I have to go to American Express and cancel the charge because it wasn’t canceled automatically. I have not received any notification from via tour except for this morning wanting me to leave a review. Here’s your beautiful review fix your stuff. I wouldn’t recommend you to anybody?

You are not very well advertised and we found it difficult to find you. We weren't given a map, and the vehicle had no key so anyone could have taken it, not very secure. The guy who met us seemed totally uninterested. Viator has a good reputation so this was disappointing. I wanted to book a jet ski as a treat for my husband but after this experience I haven't.

Be careful on which company you pick because when you get outside the cruise gate there's a whole bunch of people with golf carts. We booked a company called BMC and we walked about 300 yards to the cruise gate from the ship. There was one guy with a BMC shirt on outside the gate and told us to wait over by the golf carts. At the time he was dealing with another customer so we waited about 15 minutes and he found my booking on Viator and point it out a raggedy ass green golf cart sitting to the side six seater. My party of fire jumped in and we didn't think we were going to make it. The golf cart was backfiring as we went up the road and it did not sound good. So we turned around because we realize we didn't have a map of the island or a phone number to contact somebody if the golf cart breaks down. Mind you there is no paperwork involved in this whole transaction no signatures, no insurance verification, no ID verification just get in the car and go. When we got back we talked to one of the owners not the guy that gave us the card and he gave us his phone numbers and a map. You took off again and decided to go all the way up to the lighthouse and work our way back. We were coming back from the lighthouse and the golf cart broke down so we called them and they were there in 3 minutes to check the golf cart and ended up bringing us another cart to use for the rest of the day it took about 30 minutes. That golf cart worked out for the rest of the day and when we dropped it off it was just like we picked it up just parked it and walked away. I do recommend using Viator to pay for your transaction because if not there's a whole bunch of people trying to get your cash from you. You cannot pay with a credit card once you get outside that gate it is cash only.

We rented BMC golf carts through Viator. The golf carts were old. The golf carts we had broke down 2 times. We had to call for another cart. Did not get to go all around island and explore beaches as we were afraid to stop again. Would not rent from them again

Golf cards were just fine. The only problem we had was finding BMC. I did not realize you have to go outside of the parking area outside the gate and they’re off on the right. They are offsite outside the gate.

Arrived to pick up a golf cart but there was not rep there to get a cart from other cart reps had to call our rep to get him to the location. After getting a cart the one we got the windshield would not fold down and almost feel off. When we returned it no was even around to sign off on the return. Would not rent from BMC every again. try Rasco's they are located at the port

I could not recommend touring Grand Turks on a golf cart more highly. Since it is a small island with limited car traffic and mostly paved roads, it was easy and fun to navigate on a golf cart. We spent 5 hours making numerous stops.

Easy pick up and drop off. After heading right outside the port past the taxi station there were guys standing at the gate, just tell them what company you booked and they will point you to the right person. Best way to see the island by far. Thought from the pictures that the carts would be newer but never had an issue with ours. After the day was done, top it off with gas (like $6) then back to the port. Parked it right off the road, found the guy who sent us off to let him know we were back and then good to go. Headed right back into port.

I was expecting a long walk to collect the golf cart out of the port, but the carts were right outside the port. Easy to find, and the guy who showed us the cart was very friendly. Yes the cart was a little tired looking but it worked and we had fun exploring the island. I was also worried reading some of the reviews as they did give some negative outcomes, but we didn’t experience any of this. Would recommend if you want to explore by yourselves and not be part of an organised tour.

Overall great to get around! Just not very clear where to pickup the cart..there wasn’t a sign indicating BMC Rentals; we were also not aware that we needed to gas up at the end of our use…don’t recall reading this when I booked

The experience went off without any issues. I recommend better signage to indicate location. Better information regarding cart usage including fuel ( full when you leave / fill when you return) Also, no one was there for the rental return. We just left them there. Things were just not very clear from the start. However we used the carts freely all day.

We rented a golf cart for the day, which I highly recommend for Grand Turks. The golf cart was clean and good condition and was able to ride around the whole island with no issues. We were provide a map which was helpful. We asked for food/drink recommendations that wasn’t on the map and he recommended Sandbar. Incredible rum punches! Highly recommend going there.
The only con was there wasn’t any clear directions on where to go to pick up the golf cart. We had to ask someone and they left us know all golf cart rentals are completely out of the port complex. My ticket said to go to customs which meant we would need to get a taxi to get there. Other than that, would rent again!

Once you walk all the way out of the cruise compound, the golf cart rentals are parked right outside the gate. Since we had a reservation, our golf cart was gassed and ready for pick up at any time. We paid for the whole day for a six seater. The golf cart gives you freedom to roam the island at your leisure. However, there isn’t much to do on the island so a full day rental was actually too much. However, it is a flat rate for a full day.

You have to go out of the gates to pick up your cart, not a bad walk, it's doable. We inspected the cart, all looked good, EXCEPT that the tire had a major slit and guess it landed on the bottom when it was parked, moving right along we had a flat tire on the way back and NONE of the numbers on the cart worked when we tried calling, I mean NONE soooo, thankfully to the guy at a gas station knew someone the knew someone got a hold of BCM and it took them over 1:30 hours to get to us with another cart, not good, but thankfully we still have time to enjoy the beach area. I would recommend, but double check your tires before leaving the lot. The guys where also nice! But phone numbers should be updated.

No signage outside the gates, so had to ask around. Get there early to get a choice of carts. Staff was nice and accommodating to our friends who had no golf cart pre advance purchase. A helpful map was provided. Visit to the lighthouse was a great experience. Drive on the left side.

The booking process was fine. The golf cart could have used some maintenance, such as tires (all four were bald). Additionally, all other companies had mirrors on their carts. This is really helpful since you are driving on the main roads with cars. The worker was cordial, though he tried to get me to put a gallon of gas in the cart despite the notes clearly stating I did not have to. I showed him this and he finally honored it... don't try to play people.
This option is great for the layout of the island but I would probably book with another company if I visited again.
Not terrible, but there are better carts available for rent in the same pickup area.

The map pick up point was different to where they were located but some friendly locals helped us locate the company and called them for us and all was well.
Cary had a bald tyre and the breaks need some attention but it was fun to drive a round Grand Turk and see the wild donkeys and lighthouse
