Cart ran but the brakes were bad, fender and steering wheel were broken and it backfired regularly. The horn did not work either. They guy working was nice but the cart was below average condition.

Golf cart was in poor shape with non-responsive steering wheel, low on fuel, shade not covering the back passengers. For the amount paid, it was overly priced. There were no directions on where to get it from so it was a scavenger hunt.
The golf-carts available on the port premise were much cheaper, easily accessible, and in great shape than the ones you can reserve here. The downside is that those aren't available online for reservation, only walk-in. There are abundance of carts there so the online third-party reservation was actually a bad idea.

All of our golf carts are gas-powered and maintained to a consistent standard. We do not offer different “types” of carts, and each unit is inspected prior to rental. Concerns such as steering responsiveness or fuel levels are not consistent with our operational procedures, and we would have addressed these immediately had they been brought to our attention during your rental. Additionally, clear directions from the port to our pickup location are provided to all confirmed customers. Many of our guests find the process straightforward, so we are concerned to hear that you experienced difficulty. It is also important to note that booking with us is entirely optional. We provide a pre-reservation service for customers who prefer the convenience of securing a cart in advance, rather than relying on walk-in availability. Finally, we are unable to locate your name or details in our booking records. This raises the possibility that you may have rented from a different provider. As such, your comments may not accurately reflect our service. We stand by the quality of our operations and remain committed to delivering a reliable and professional experience to all our customers.

Pick up of cart is a short walk outside the cruise terminal gate. Staff was kind and everything in working order. A much better deal than the carts inside the terminal.

I did not get instructions on where to meet and had to figure out by myself. I asked so many people if they knew this company and eventually someone told me to exit the port gate and he will be there. Once I exited the gate they had many different companies renting these, so I had to figure out who I rented from.

Hi Scot, thanks for your review. While we understand your frustration with direction, we do have on our detail information that our meeting point is just outside the cruise port gates. Also our sign is visible once you make it outside the gates.

Overall a good experience. There was a bit of a language barrier when speaking to staff upon pickup and return of golf cart. Also, area for golf cart pickup was not clearly indicated, but several people in the area were able to direct us to the right location. It was very easy to be able to pickup and return the golf cart just outside the port gate.
