Directly outside of the main gate at the carnival cruise center. 5 minute walk after you disembark the ship. Once you reach the taxi stand you proceed and walk through the main parking lot then youll see a red brick path way that takes you directly to the main gate. Second company on the left side.

If you are thinking about renting a golf cart for the day, DO IT!! We had such a great experience. Cactus carts had very well maintained carts. Jeffy, who helped us check in and return the cart was a very nice guy. Highly recommend Cactus carts for your trip.

The directions provided to the location of the cart pickup was exactly as stated on the reservation. You have to walk through all the other cart vendors asking you if you need a cart on your way to the pickup location; but all I had to do was say I already had a reservation, and they immediately stopped pestering me. A member of Cactus Carts was immediately available to help us with our reservation, and we were on our way in just over five minutes after a quick orientation, signing some paperwork, and given a map and helpful directions. We had no issues with our cart and enjoyed every minute of our use while in Grand Turk. No need to refill the golf cart with any fuel you may have used during your rental is certainly a plus which allows a little extra time for doing what you "want" to do instead of doing what you "have" to do! Overall, a pleasant experience and recommend to everyone.

We are on a ship and it didn’t dock because of the weather so the ship but we were able to contact the owner and explain the situation. We were refunded. Very nice gentleman. Thanks for great customer service and understanding our situation. We will definitely rent from him again.

If you have more than 2 people riding in a cart I highly recommend you rent a 6 passenger. We had 4 in a cart and everyone was facing foreword. The golf carts were in good condition and ran well. We liked that we didn't have to worry about putting gas in the carts, the gas was included.

Easy process picking up our golf carts outside the port. Everyone enjoyed driving around the island. Definitely recommend stopping at the lighthouse for BBQ and a drink. Governors Beach was worth a stop for swimming and also got some photo ops with the local donkeys.

We had a blast. The carts are in good shape and work well. The young man helping us was a knowledgeable and kind worker. He directed us around island and we found everything with ease! We checked out Museum and lady who worked there was funny.,,great sense of humor.

Couldn't think of a better way to see the island of Grand Turks....Only got lost once ( Not all the street were named... used landmarks on the provided Map to maneuver from place to place... lol.)
FYI, You don't need to bring a physical drivers license, a picture on your phone will do if you want to leave your wallet behind.
Buy plenty of Carrots, those Donkeys are pretty cool to interact with and really Hungry !!!... just watch your fingers!
Governors beach just north of beach nearest to the cruise port was exceptional. The lighthouse barbeque jerk chicken was probably the best I ever had!
I thought the young man that worked the Cart rental lot was really a great guy and informative about what we needed to know to get on the road...
I think Cactus Cart rentals maybe the only Cart rental that didn't make you re-gas up before returning the Cart, Gas was filled at pickup and lasted all day.

This is THE thing to do on Grand Turk! This was a cruise stop for our family of six. Get off the ship, walk out of the port and past the gate, and you will find Cactus Carts on your left. The helpful employee showed us the basics and off we went. We were able to cover the whole island on our cart, with time to walk around at the lighthouse, stop roadside countless times to feed the donkeys (buy carrots at the market), stop at several markets / stores, hair braiding, and snorkeling at three of the beaches. It was one of our cruise highlights!

A bit of a walk once outside the cruise terminal so if walking is an issue you may want to go with someone at the terminal. Competing company staff were all helpful pointing us in the right direction. Once we found it, our reserved cart was ready for us and it was clean and all worked out well

Very polite and easy-going young man offered us a couple of carts to choose from. They all appeared to be in good shape, and the one we chose had no issues (we toured the whole island a couple of times). The walk to the carts was very reasonable (probably less than 10 minutes if you don’t stop to take pictures of everything like we did, lol). Overall a great experience, and one we hope to do again!

It was very easy and a great experience. The company is right outside the gate of the cruise port. The golf cart was new and in great working condition. We had a wonderful time, We bought some apples and carrots at the lighthouse bar and was able to feed the wild donkeys on our trip back to the ship. Lots of fun.

Finding the carts is not too hard, there are several just off the ship port property. Exiting the gates (about a 5-10 minute walk), there are others offering carts for rent. I told a couple guys I was already setup with Cactus Carts and they left us alone. The carts are just off the side of the road in a small field just like the other places. Signed some paperwork upon arrival and we were on our way.
First stop was Jack's Shack which set us up with 6 beers and ice. We should've brought a soft side cooler for the cart. We had no issues enjoying our beers while driving the cart around the island. So many friendly donkeys! My wife took lots of pictures.
The lighthouse was OK and we enjoyed a pina colada frozen drink there. No food to be had there but we saved our hunger for our return to Jack's Shack. The mixed platter gives you a little of everything to enjoy. There is golf cart parking all around the back of Jack's Shack so we did that while having our lunch. We returned our cart to the spot we first got it, did not need to refill with gas or tip anything.
This was a great experience for us on Grand Turk Island and we would rent a cart from Cactus Carts again!

Golf cart was a great way to get around island. Cart was in good condition though side mirrors would have been better and we noticed other company carts had large yield signs on the back for better visibility and that would have been helpful.
