Compton Clarke was super kind, kept the lines of communication open with limited cell service!!! Did is best to keep everyone upbeat and cool!!! I loved my pictures before I even got the edits!!! I can’t wait to go back!!! Make sure to book with them! I was so solo and still felt very safe during the whole process!!! This is an un-edited picture!

The vendor did not show up, but sent a bogus message 30 mins before event to change location. Thats how they convince Viator that they showed up

Waiting over 3hrs to take pictures - when I got there at 9am the staff was unprepared -their equipment to take the photos wasn’t charged, drone wasn’t working - I understand with technology things like this can happen… but why not have back up like another drone for situations like this. We were on a cruise -took up most of our time.. we weren’t able to enjoy the rest of the little time we had there. I blame the owner of this company they should provide back up equipment for their staff-apart from that the staff was nice.

You were apart of the group who left against our advice and doing so you wanted a refund for a 3 minute turn around it wasn’t an issue with the drone being charge or broken it was an
Authorization issue which was explained to you and you chose to left and wanted a refund and now you’re trying to give us a bad reputation by leaving a bad review. Please be truthful .

Booked at 930am, my family booked at 8. The guys weren’t ready until almost 10am. The time you picked didn’t matter because there was no order as to who went next. Then the drone stopped working and they couldn’t give me a refund. I wasted 3 hours waiting over there. They did give us drinks and purchased a beach chair rental, they were nice but they need a back up drone for when one isn’t working

Your family was half way through the shoot when this happened the delay for the drone was 30 minutes while still being unfortunate we apologize for that delay we will have another drone on site in the future. But purchasing beach chairs and drinks is beyond what we offer if you do ask free water is given.

The vendor was not prepared and did not communicate with me. I had to use another bender last minute due to time constraint. I did see pictures of other people and the water was beautiful.

Good morning we had a 20 minute delay with the drone and you signed your name and went to another vendor offer less for less quality and the tried to get a refund after we asked you and your friends to stay around even after you came 10 minutes late. I’m sorry to see you left such a bad review but you chose to left and mechanic errors do happen unfortunately
