9:45 AM is the approximate start time of the activity and not the time when you will be picked up from your hotel (or closest meeting point). At least a few days before the date of your activity, you need to make sure to contact the tour operator to confirm your pick-up location and pick-up time. Your pick-up time can be any time between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM, depending on where you are staying. If your pick-up location is a hotel, please wait outside near the main entrance. Do not wait in the lobby or inside the hotel. When the guide or driver arrives, they will have a list of names and will ask those waiting outside for identification. They will not enter the hotel to look for guests. Transportation will not wait for late arrivals. If you miss your morning pick-up, you will not be able to join the tour later. Once the tour has started, it cannot be interrupted to accommodate latecomers.

- The tour in Spanish will be conducted by either a Spanish-speaking guide (subject to availability) or an English-speaking guide together with a Spanish-speaking host serving as a translator.
- The tour will be guided in the language you have booked, however please note that at times, depending on operational circumstances, the commentary might be provided by a multilingual guide (limited to a maximum of 2 languages).

There is to much free time in places that do not necessarily need it and not enough where it would be nice, as an example the museum we where there for over 1 hour and realistically 1/2 hour is enough, then in Dwerja given free time and there is nothing to see except walking up the cliff. Going to the capital Victoria there was not enough free time to enable you to really enjoy the capital

Not enough information given regarding transfers. One hour spent driving to ferry with no information or commentary.it Ferry terminal was crowded like a cattle sale. Once in Gozo was ok but diving hole was waste of time. Guide was excellent. Lunch was noisy & rushed but good food.

While we thank you for your feedback, we must point out a few facts.
A private guided full-day tour to the island of Gozo costs minimum Euro400 (and this is only to hire a licensed guide); no transport is included, ferry costs are not included, lunch is not included, and entrances are not included. I'd be really interested in seeing how you can direct me to an advertisement for a private full-day guided tour of the island of Gozo with a licenced guide for Euro70 (which is what you paid) ..
The transportation to the ferry is just transportation; the tour starts in Gozo, and henceforth the commentary is during the tour in Gozo. To travel to Gozo, which is another island, it is obvious that you need travel time; unfortunately, we cannot make anyone physically appear on another island without first travelling to the island.
If the ferry terminal was crowded, it is certainly not something we can control, and we certainly cannot do anything about it.
This is a grouped tour, which includes pick-up from your hotel (or a close meeting point), transfer to the ferry terminal, roundtrip Gozo ferry tickets, a full day in Gozo including transportation to various locations, a fully licensed guide in your preferred language, admission ticket to the Temples of Ggantija, lunch, transportation back to the ferry, and transportation back to your hotel (original meeting point), for the very reasonable price of Euro70. To put everything into perspective, just a taxi from, let’s say, Sliema to the ferry terminal costs around Euro30, almost half the price you paid for the tour.
