9:45 AM is the approximate start time of the activity and not the time when you will be picked up from your hotel (or closest meeting point). At least a few days before the date of your activity, you need to make sure to contact the tour operator to confirm your pick-up location and pick-up time. Your pick-up time can be any time between 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM, depending on where you are staying. If your pick-up location is a hotel, please wait outside near the main entrance. Do not wait in the lobby or inside the hotel. When the guide or driver arrives, they will have a list of names and will ask those waiting outside for identification. They will not enter the hotel to look for guests. Transportation will not wait for late arrivals. If you miss your morning pick-up, you will not be able to join the tour later. Once the tour has started, it cannot be interrupted to accommodate latecomers.

- The tour in Polish will be conducted by either a Polish-speaking guide (subject to availability) or an English-speaking guide together with a native Polish host serving as a translator.
- The tour in Spanish will be conducted by either a Spanish-speaking guide (subject to availability) or an English-speaking guide together with a Spanish-speaking host serving as a translator.
- The tour will be guided in the language you have booked, however please note that at times, depending on operational circumstances, the commentary might be provided by a multilingual guide (limited to a maximum of 2 languages).
- The provider reserves the right to change the order of the visits without any prior notice.
- The total duration of the tour encompasses all transportation time, such as pick-up/drop-off transfers, travel time throughout the day, and the time spent commuting between the two islands.

A great day trip to Gozo. Pick up, ferry and then our guide for the day. We saw plenty of Gozo including a very tasty lunch. Left back to our hotel. Perfect .

It's a pretty packed itinerary, some of it a bit hit or miss. The whole tour was very well organized though. Our English-speaking guide Fabrizia was excellent, very knowledgeable, humorous, and entertaining. Gozo is definitely worth a day trip if you're in Malta for more than a few

I booked this activity for my birthday. The provider did not keep the starting time. Communication was bad. When I called the lady was rude did not help. I lost my money and they ruined my day

Your pick-up time was clearly scheduled for 08:20, as confirmed in your booking email sent on 27th February. A reminder was also sent the day before the tour. At no point was the pick-up time changed to anything other than 08:20.
On the day, you did not show up at the agreed pick-up time. Multiple attempts were made to contact you by phone, all of which went unanswered. A WhatsApp message was also sent informing you that your transport was waiting at the agreed location.
You only made contact approximately two hours after your scheduled pick-up, by which time the tour had already departed.
You missed your tour due to your own delay and lack of response. Responsibility for this situation lies entirely with you.
There is only one person accountable for missing this tour, and this is you. It is certainly not the person who answered your call two hours after your scheduled pick-up.

There is to much free time in places that do not necessarily need it and not enough where it would be nice, as an example the museum we where there for over 1 hour and realistically 1/2 hour is enough, then in Dwerja given free time and there is nothing to see except walking up the cliff. Going to the capital Victoria there was not enough free time to enable you to really enjoy the capital

Not enough information given regarding transfers. One hour spent driving to ferry with no information or commentary.it Ferry terminal was crowded like a cattle sale. Once in Gozo was ok but diving hole was waste of time. Guide was excellent. Lunch was noisy & rushed but good food.

While we thank you for your feedback, we must point out a few facts.
A private guided full-day tour to the island of Gozo costs minimum Euro400 (and this is only to hire a licensed guide); no transport is included, ferry costs are not included, lunch is not included, and entrances are not included. I'd be really interested in seeing how you can direct me to an advertisement for a private full-day guided tour of the island of Gozo with a licenced guide for Euro70 (which is what you paid) ..
The transportation to the ferry is just transportation; the tour starts in Gozo, and henceforth the commentary is during the tour in Gozo. To travel to Gozo, which is another island, it is obvious that you need travel time; unfortunately, we cannot make anyone physically appear on another island without first travelling to the island.
If the ferry terminal was crowded, it is certainly not something we can control, and we certainly cannot do anything about it.
This is a grouped tour, which includes pick-up from your hotel (or a close meeting point), transfer to the ferry terminal, roundtrip Gozo ferry tickets, a full day in Gozo including transportation to various locations, a fully licensed guide in your preferred language, admission ticket to the Temples of Ggantija, lunch, transportation back to the ferry, and transportation back to your hotel (original meeting point), for the very reasonable price of Euro70. To put everything into perspective, just a taxi from, let’s say, Sliema to the ferry terminal costs around Euro30, almost half the price you paid for the tour.
