This is a super tour. Nick was interesting and very well versed on Gozo. The best part was he knew all the best overlooks and special little places to stop, that we would never have found, if we rented a car and did the adventure on our own. To top it off, we lunched at little seaside restaurant, where a front row seat miraculously appeared just for us. The extra cost of hiring a tour was more than worth it.

It is a bit expensive for our budget but found it totally worth! Gizo is a beautiful island and Nick was perfect for this tour...could not ask any better!We stopped at so many amazing landmarks, drove through beautiful villages.

Excellent tour of the island. Our driver/guide, Nick was exceptional. His knowledge helped us understand what we were seeing and experiencing. He was punctual, safe and fun to talk to. I highly recommend this tour if you only have a limited amount of time to experience Gozo. We will return to the island to spend more time. It is worth it.

We had an absolutely wonderful day touring Gozo, and I cannot say enough great things about our guide, Heidi. From the moment we met her, she was kind, warm hearted, and genuinely thoughtful, and she went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying every part of the experience.
What I really appreciated was her style. She was not over the top with a history lecture, but she still made everything interesting, meaningful, and personal. It felt like exploring Gozo with someone who truly loves the island and wants you to love it too.
Everything ran smoothly from start to finish, and a big thank you as well to Kurt for helping make the entire day seamless and stress free.
Highly recommended. If you’re thinking about doing a Gozo tour, request Heidi if you can. You’ll be glad you did.

This private tour was one of the highlights of our recent trip to Gozo. Heidi was an amazing guide, and it was fantastic to be able to see so many of the main sights at our own pace, without feeling rushed. It’s hard to pick a favourite attraction because everything was great, but we all really enjoyed the Rotunda Church, the Xwejni Salt Pans, and the Cittadella. This tour is well worth doing whether you’re just visiting Gozo for the day or want to get an overview of the island before exploring on your own.

Pickup and communication was spot on. Heidi made sure we got to every possible location and was wonderful in her description of the sites in Gozo. We cannot say enjoy good things about this tour and guide. Highlights were the Salt Pans and the Calypso Cave. Take this tour!

The driver was friendly, punctual and clearly loved the island. The car (taxi) was older, super uncomfortable for a 7 hour tour, no water provided, and seat belts in back seats needed repair. This was mentioned to driver. He agreed and already advised car owner. Owner said back seat belts are not a law here, so no need to repair. While the driver was friendly and enthusiastic he knew little history of the sites. I’d probably book a higher quality car and driver. The experience would be better, it’s an absolutely amazing place with lots to explore.

We had a fantastic day being taken around Gozo by Nick. He met us at the port with a sign so it was easy to find him. He was easy to listen to and took us to lovely spot for an amazing view. His recommendation for lunch was also perfect.

I saw the reviews were quite mixed on whether this was a taxi service to take you where you wanted vs a more full tour experience. We had Nick as our guide who very much had the full guided tour experience of the island. Nick had a perfect balance of giving you information while also giving you space to take in the views and relax. He had a route planned which missed the big tour groups at the main sites. Thanks so much for a great day on Friday!

Great overview of Gozo outside of Victoria. While Gozo is a small island we never would have been able to see everything on our own. Heidi was an excellent driver and offered a wealth of insights about life on the island. We especially enjoyed the Xwejni Salt Pans, Ghasri and Dwejra. Heidi encouraged us to take the short boats rides that were offered at the latter and we were very glad that we did. It was a Great day! Many thanks!

It was very convenient having a driver take me around to different sites. I had a list of places I wanted to visit and my driver ensured I saw each one. He was pleasant. But very quiet. When the advertisement mentioned “guide” I assumed there would be some information shared by him about Gozo or the sites. He responded when I asked him specific questions, but there wasn’t any effort to give a tour. Perhaps my understanding of what the day would entail was off. Nevertheless, I enjoyed my time. I’d suggest reading up on the sites in advance so you are aware of any background info on your preferred itinerary. I had a list of places I wanted to go and that helped.

We had a wonderful experience seeing the island of Gozo on this private tour. I've previously been around the island with a tour group, but getting to see the island with a private driver was 100% worth it! We were able to see so many spots that are impossible to see with a group, and we were happy to be moving at our own pace and tailor the experience to our interests. Our driver, Nick, was a great guide and worked with us to plan out the day and avoid the tourist crowds. We loved learning about the island from him and got lots of recommendations for how to spend the rest of our free time on Gozo. If you're on the fence between signing up for one of the Jeep/TukTuk tours and springing for the private tour, definitely sign up for this one!

Visitor basically hired a driver from Bolt for us- no
tour guide. Our driver was very considerate but had I not had the internet itinerary we would have missed several Things as he was NOT given one by viator. In addition the car was too small for 4 adults so we were fortunate that one person in our group could not join us.

This was a full day Gozo tour in our private car. Our guide and Driver Kurt was an excellent guide! He patiently explained the history and background of each sites. Took us to an excellent seaside restaurant IL Kartell for lunch. Also stopped at our request at a village center for us to take some photos of the decorations for an upcoming feast! And adjusted our subtle change of itinerary and dropped us off at the ferry in time for us to catch the fast ferry back to Valletta. Overall, a wonderful experience!

Wonderful way to see Gozo on a 4 hour private tour. Our driver Heidi was very friendly and her local knowledge was incredible. The benefit of a private tour is being able to customise our itinerary and we definitely found that was the case.

Nick our driver and tour guide was great. He was very knowledgeable. We got to see so much in one day. We really liked the itinerary as it included so many sites. We loved swimming at Rumla and loved seeing the salt pans. Some of the views were amazing. I would highly recommend this Gozo tour.

Joseph, our guide for the 4 hr trip around Gozo, was terrific, going out of his way to take us to as many places as we wanted to & a couple he suggested. He was always informative, very pleasant - able to schedule our trip so that we got the most benefit from the time we had. He was able to access scenic spots that we would have missed in, say, a coach.

excellent private tour of Gozo. our guide's name was Kurt, he grew up on the island and is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and engaging. He gave us an amazing tour of Gozo, including the Neolithic temples, ta pinu miracle church, scenic overlooks, boat ride to beautiful grottos, salt flats... When our high speed ferry to Valletta got cancelled due to high winds, not only did he inform us of the cancellation, but he also came up with an alternate way for us to travel back and offered to take us back to our hotel in Valletta, which was extremely convenient

My partner and I decided to do the hall day Gozo tour, to leave us time in the morning to get up slowly and in the evening to chill out. It turned out to be just the right amount of time for us to see the parts of Gozo we were moat interested in.
Heidi was waiting for us when we arrived on the ferry at 10.30 on the dot, and gave us a very warm welcome. She made sure to spend some time understanding what kinds of things we'd like to see and plotted out a suggested itinerary, which she confirmed with us before setting off. We began with the Ggantija archeological site, heading there before noon to avoid any afternoon crowding, and ensuring that we wouldn't be strapped for time there if we went later in the day. We then visited a church, Calypso Cave, Tal Mixta Cave, drove through a few villages to get a feel for those on our way to Dwerja Bay and a quarry, and we finished with a visit of Ta Pinu shrine and a drive back via the capital.
Throughout the day Heidi was bubbly and gave us lots of insights into the jsland and life of the locals - a great guide all round. Thanks Heidi!
