Overview
Escape the heat and bustle of land and spend some time out on the water. This small-group kayaking adventure takes you from Gozo to Comino, exploring caves, gorgeous bays and beaches, and rock formations along the way. You'll also have the chance to swim, if you wish. Suitable for all levels of kayaking experience.

- Minimum age is 10 years old (strict policy)
- Children under 15 are required to be in a double kayak with an adult (strict policy)
- All participants must be able to swim at a basic level and everyone is required to wear a life vest at all times in the kayak.
- Double kayaks will be provided to even numbered groups unless singles are specifically requested/approved at the time of booking.
- Each guide is only permitted to lead a limited number of kayaks for safety reasons and to increase the quality of the tour. For this reason, availability may be limited.
- Minimum group size of 2, solo travellers may join if an existing group has formed but may need to be flexible.
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 10 travelers

We had a fantastic afternoon of kayaking with Viv and Ang. Both guides were welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable, skillful and very attentive to all of our group. It was a great way to experience the Blue Lagoon as we were able to access quieter sections, away from the tour boats. I have recommended this tour to others and will happily do so again.

You need to be relatively strong and fit to paddle as far as you do - 6km. Sometimes the swell can be quite high - BUT - our guide Frank was great, it’s definitely an activity to do while visiting the area. Highly recommend

Kayaking was the HIGHLIGHT of our week in Malta! Frank and Viv helped us get comfortable and provided wonderful instruction for the first timers. They provided everything we needed to be comfortable and safe. Frank was our tour guide- he kept us safe and he shared stories about the history of Gozo and Comino along the journey. They took all the pictures we wanted so we felt good about leaving our phones behind (all of the items were locked up)! Frank was extremely motivating and made us feel like experts on the water! We would 10000% do it again!

What a great experience to explore the coastline of Gozo and Comino. No need to see The Blue Lagoon, overcrowded and overrated. Beautiful waters and our tour guide was great! He was funny and gave alot of information about the area. Going in and out of the caves and grottos were fun. A must do activity!

Excellent experience. Frank was a great guide and took us to places that you wouldn’t be able to get to normally. Getting to explore caves and going through archways that you couldn’t do in a boat.

Kayaking was absolutely the best way to see the Blue Lagoon and the coastline around Camino. If you love being on the water, then you won't want to be on a boat! Chris was very relaxed yet we felt safe crossing the channel with him; the speedboats and larger boats created waves which added to the fun. We were in the kayaks for approx 2.5 hours in total with a 30 min stop to swim in a quiet cove with jump spot which the teenagers loved. Chris also took us to a lesser known cave and tunnel which was a real treat and definitely nicer than the Blue Lagoon with its noisy boats and people.

Andrew was our guide and we enjoyed the tour so much! His experience and knowledge of the area was fantastic. He took us to some great cliff jumping spots and the whole group had a great time. 10/10, would recommend. He was also very funny and had a great sense of humour. Thanks Andrew! C’est Bon!

Had the most wonderful 4 hour Kayak tour with Andrew. He was great at making everyone feel relaxed. Equipment was good and very well organised. We paddled through caves, arches and past a variety of rock formations. Found a gorgeous cove to swim in. We were a family of 4 with two adults and two teenagers. Paddling was hard work so the trip is definitely recommended for families who are sporty and like active adventures. If you find venturing beyond the hotel buffet an effort then this realistically is not the trip for you. However, if you want to finish the day with a sense of accomplishment having seen some of Comino’s hidden secrets and you are happy to have some tired arms, then go for it.

This was an excellent way to spend the day in Gozo! From the get go, Chris was an excellent guide with great energy and instruction to get the tour going. On the day we went, it ended up being windy with bigger swell than anticipated. After noticing my anxiety with heading out in these conditions, Chris talked me through it and was able to keep me comfortable/feeling safe throughout the whole day. The locations we visited were beautiful, despite not being able to go through a couple of the caves due to the weather. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this activity to anyone looking to book and explore beautiful Comino!

One of the most memkrable experiances in Malta!
We had Andrew as our guide who gave all the necessary instruction before going on the water and during the activity itself.
The gear provided is in good shape and you can see the crew maintains it to the best of their abilities. The kayaks are sturdy (not some inflatable knock-off). Further, the team is always connected via radio and you have the feeling you are in good hands from the moment you get acquainted with your guide.
It's a fun way to explore so many different caves and see the island of Camino in a different way. Every time I saw a packed boat full of other tourists jt reminded me of what a great time I was having. Hearing details about the island while casually drifting in your kayak is one hell of a way to spend your day!
The stop for lunch/swim on a remote part of the island is just that little extra this trip gives you. The team brings googles as well so you have a chance to explore the wonderful sealife.Do bring something to bite with you though, as your body will want some energy.
Each group has a guide who takes plenty of pictures on your trip. Sure, you can bring your own camera, but in the price pictures are also included. Getting "action shots" instead of awkward selfies is really thoughtful. And you get the link to the pictures in less than 24h. We got ours the same day in the evening. Talk about dedication!
All in all this trip is well worth it's money! By far one of the best, most thoughtful and professional guided tours I've taken. I highly suggest you takr the time to do it, specially if you haven't done such an activity before.

The best tour/trip we've ever done! Our first time sea kayaking but the instructors were great teachers and made us feel really at ease. All of the team have the biggest personalities and make the whole experience so fun. They also took loads of great photos for us to take home - 100% would recommend!

My friend and I had so much fun on this kayak excursion! Our guide, Laura was very kind and knowledgeable about kayaking and the surrounding area. She showed us a hidden cave and we got to swim through. The water was crystal clear and brilliant blue with many small fish. We made two more stops. One in a small, secluded cove which was breathtaking and we were able to swim and jump off some rocks into the bay. The final stop was in the Blue Lagoon which I thought was fairly overrated - there were so many party boats and tourists, it was too crowded to kayak much and very loud. We were actually initially debating between this excursion and a Blue Lagoon boat tour and we were so happy we chose this one. October was the perfect time to go weather-wise (it was 75 and sunny). We got to see some beautiful nature, in a more private setting. The kayaking itself, while challenging, was not too difficult and Laura was very patient as we were learning. All in all, one of the best things we’ve done in Malta!

It was a very great adventure! Once in a water I wasnt scared at all, felt save and well :) The views were stunning, but I am so embarassed that did not take my phone with me based on organizing company advise, cause the nature was wonderful and I have no pics to remember. The photos that were taken by the guide are of low quality and blurred, and do not include nature at all or people in action, only posing in several spots. Based on my experience I would say the risk to lose a phone is too little in comparison with the loss of memories.

I was a little bit sceptical about booking this at first as the price point is definitely towards the top end of my budget but I’m so, so glad we did!
Our instructor was just brilliant - hilarious, reassuring and made everyone feel at ease. He made leading a group of people in kayaks seem incredibly easy, although I’m sure it’s not. We saw so much on the tour and things that I would not have seen otherwise - such as a magical little cove where we snorkelled. This excursion was definitely one of the highlights of our trip!

Viv was an awesome guide who interacted with us. She was right in the water with us explaining how to maneuver the caves. Also giving us brief history about structures along the coast. I would highly recommend Viv to anyone who would like to go kayaking with your company
