The jeep vehicles are tight and can be a challenge if you have mobility concerns. (They are being replaced in 2026.) Our guide Louis was incredible! He was entertaining, knowledgeable, kindhearted and helpful. He gave us an intricate look at Gozo, such a beautiful island! We saw so much! All was well planned, and ran to a good schedule. Louis is a star! (ask him about Game of Thrones) A must to visit when in Malta. This tour will be unforgettable for us!

See it all with a local!

Donna_T, Mar 2026
Godwin was our driver on this trip and took great care to tailor it to our wishes. When we said we’d just like to see as much of his island as possible in a day, he took it to heart! Views, Churches, Temples, the Citadel, the Blue Grotto, the salt flats and more! I highly recommend this customizable private tour. We enjoyed every minute spent with Godwin on the beautiful island of Gozo

Tour length

scooper722, Feb 2026
The tour description says 6 hours. It’s probably around 9 hours. Took two hours just to get us to Gozo. We got to Gozo only to find out that we would not be able to get back in time to make our cruise ship departure. So we left at lunchtime and took the ferry back on our own. The tour guides were very helpful though.

A fantastic day, Gozo was amazing place to visit and Kiko was a brilliant tour guide thank you Kiko 😁

Beautiful day in Gozo

Marin_R, Dec 2025
Ben is a wonderful guide! Very informative and personable and multi lingual. We enjoyed learning about Gozo with him.

A fun day

Katalin_P, Dec 2025
A wonderful experience! We got a great overview of Gozo, its geography, culture and people. The tour was informative and fun at the same time. Three cheers for our guide Benny!

Great day trip

Sarah_S, Dec 2025
Lovely trip to Gozo. Well organised, collected on time and minibus was comfortable. It was quite a long trip but that was where we were stsying in Malta. Obviously this is shorter if you're staying nearer the ferry area. Boat across was great too. No waiting for the ferry. Although a couple of people sitting near the back did get. Met in Hozo and allocated jeep and driver. We had Stefanie who was very knowledgable and a grest guide. We saw so many different things. She asked if there was anything we particularly wanted to see, so the trip can be personalised if you want to see anything special. All stops were interesting and varied, and not rushed. The journey back included going past the caves and rock formations. Returned about 6pm to Silema. Well worth the money. Gozo was quiet and made a good day trip.

Great November Gozo jeep tour

Stephen_S, Nov 2025
The keep tour was fantastic. The local guide Louis made the tour very enjoyable and went over and above what he needed to, to make it memorable.

Review by 6 Aussie travellers

Ron_P, Nov 2025
Our tour on Gozo was very good. Our driver Steph showed us some of the hidden treasures of Gozo and shared her experiences as a long time resident on the island. If we had tried to tour Gozo by ourselves we would not have seen as much as we did in this 1 day tour. Although it was a long day it was interesting and we were given choices on what we wanted to see or do. We would throughly recommend this tour and would give. 5 star rating to Steph as out tour guide and driver.

Gozo jeep experience

Jeremy_C, Oct 2025
The general organisation was poor. The vehicle was dirty and poorly maintained. The driver did not provide any information on the sights. The lunch was ok, but not good. We visited Rambla beach twice due to 2 of the customers not wanting to see the Ggantija site and demanding that the driver take them to the beach instead where we had to pick them up and then go back to after lunch. The sights visited could have been better chosen. We had 6 people on a Jeep that only seated 5. We waited for an hour on returning to Malta waiting for the bus to fill up. Not an experience that I can recommend.

Interesting and varied...

Simon_B, Oct 2025
Interesting and varied experience. Well lead by Florence. Lots to see, with highlight being boat trip around the caves

Godwin at Speed

JohnG_S, Oct 2025
Ordinary start with the pick up process from Valletta taking 1.5 hours to get to the boat. Our guide Godwin was a character and provided plenty of laughs during the day. The weather was ordinary with a huge electrical storm wasting an hour but we drove on and saw most of the sights of Gozo. A large swell stopped all boats to the grotto and a bug in the water stopped all swimming, so things weren't going our way! But a really good lunch with some vino got the afternoon off with a bang. A long day (8am-6pm) but all in all an enjoyable trip. My suggestion is they look at the fast transfer to Gozo?

Brilliant

Joanne_w, Oct 2025
Fab way to see Gozo, very well organised, nice lunch. Speed boat there and back was fun. Only negative bit cramped for 5 people in backnof jeep.

Good intro to Gozo

Chad_H, Oct 2025
Is a great intro to Gozo and what the island has to offer. You get a good lay of the land plus some interesting stops along the way

Vey Nice, the driver- Matthew was great, a good driver and giude

CarlaDiana_N, Sep 2025
All is wonderfull, the churches, food, itinerary, beaches, special that with orange sand, the citadell

Great Trip

Mark_L, Sep 2025
the whole experience was fantastic and a great way to see Gozo. Lewis our guide showed us the best parts and the real Gozo. A trip not to be missed.

Great Day Out on Gozo

Janet_M, Sep 2025
It was a great day out visiting lots of interesting sights around Gozo, that would have been inaccessible without being in a 4x4. Godwin, our driver was a friendly host and very knowledge about all the places he took us to. He was also flexible with the itinerary if there were specific places we wanted to visit. The only issue we experienced was the return to Malta, where it was quite chaotic trying to get all the tourists back onto the boats at the harbour at Mgarr. Would thoroughly recommend.

We just got to have small...

Darrell_D, Sep 2025
We just got to have small taste of what more there is to see because of the short amount of time . The lunch I would of preferred to have choices I’d did not like why served to Me. Old of pod more for food to get better food if that makes sense. The drivers made the adventure for us very informative and fun

Not worth the Money

Darlene_F, Sep 2025
The guide was okay. Too rushed spent more time driving than detailing the sites. Lunch was BAD. The logistics of getting back to hotel were chaotic

Do not reserve with them!

Rosa_O, Sep 2025
1. Pick-up and Drop-off Location Contrary to what was indicated, the pick-up and drop-off were not at our hotel, but at a different meeting point. This was inconvenient and misleading. 2. Vehicle Type The vehicle used was not a jeep, as advertised. It was a covered vehicle that severely limited visibility, making it almost impossible to enjoy the surrounding landscape. 3. Tour Itinerary Not Respected The planned itinerary was not followed at all. Specifically, we did not visit the following locations as stated in the tour description: • Ggantija Archaeological Park: I understand this was optional, but we were not even asked if we wanted to visit. • The Citadel: We only spent 20 minutes there, instead of the one hour promised. On top of that, it was at 1:00 PM under intense sun and heat. • Dwejra Bay: Completely skipped. We were taken to Inland Bay instead. • Ramla Bay: Skipped entirely. We only saw it from a distance at Calypso Cave. • Xwejni Salt Pans: Instead of pass by, we stopped for just 15 minutes. • Xlendi Bay: Not visited at all. Instead, we were taken to Iz-Zewwieqa Bay, which is next to a car park and ferry terminal—definitely not a scenic or relaxing location. • Marsalforn Bay: Skipped. • Ta’ Pinu National Shrine: We merely drove past it without the 20-minute stop indicated in the itinerary. This experience was deeply disappointing and did not reflect what we paid for or expected based on the tour description.

They say they take you...

RITA_B, Sep 2025
They say they take you places off road, where other cars don't go, but in fact that wasn't the case. It was an okay way to get to see Gozo but I wouldn't do it again. The restaurant we had lunch at i didn't enjoy at all. Our drive Godwin was good and funny, he made the day.

Great trip for solo travellers

Nickie_Z, Sep 2025
One star away from 5 stars for the uncomfortable overcrowded minivan trip from city to the port. Our jeep drivers peni and gino are absolutely amazing. Refreshing to see someone who actually enjoys what they do!

my wife and I loved tour....

Derek_H, Sep 2025
my wife and I loved tour. It was very hot and we would suggest bring water. Monfasa our driver and guide was great.

Gozo jeep tour

Ann_L, Sep 2025
Trip was very well organized but our tour guide was very inexperienced. Didn’t talk much and hadn’t much information. The jeep he was given was in very poor condition and I would question its road worthiness. Apart from that trip was very good

Highly recommend

Susan_P, Sep 2025
This was an amazing day and very well organised. Our jeep driver, Vince was such a funny guy and made the day a good one

A great family day trip!

Emma_G, Aug 2025
We had the best day today on the jeep safari tour of Gozo. Our driver Vince really made the trip one to remember. He was great with our two children and had so much insight into the island of Gozo. The day was jam packed full of the best sights of Gozo and well worth every penny. The lunch included was great and I would recommend doing the optional boat tour through the caves!!

Gozo is amazing, tour was...

Joseph_P, Aug 2025
Gozo is amazing, tour was fun and guide was greats, definitely give it a go and don’t be scared of the open jeep

An informative trip

Samuel_C, Aug 2025
Once we arrived in Gozo, we found the tour to be very informative and the tour guide was very knowledgable. Unfortunately, they forgot to collect us from the hotel, I had to ting them and they arranged a taxi. We only got to the port just in time. Also, I am 6 foot 2 which made sitting in the jeep very uncomfortable. I wouldn't recommend to anyone over six foot and also check with Gozo pride that you definitely have transport.

A great day

Damjan_S, Aug 2025
We had luck, our driver, Conni, was exeptional. She stoped and warned us on many details during the route. She gave us a lot of explanations but also enough of free time to explore on our own. Lunch was OK, the main was realy tasty, starter and ice cream could be better.

Very enjoyable day on...

nicolas_B, Aug 2025
Very enjoyable day on boat and jeep tour of gozo . Did not go down any tracks that required 4 wheel drive but good fun. Driver was an older man who lived on the island and knew his way around but a bit light on any history . The part we did not enjoy was lunch which was disappointing and could have been a bit more enticing and varied . It was a bit cheap and without much thought , wine in particular was included but tasted pretty bad . Given all the natural resources of the country the food was somewhat processed and a salad and cheese would have been far more exciting .

Would have been a fabulous experience but ..

Jenny_K, Aug 2025
Really well worth booking as a lovely day out. Speed boat was fun, especially on the way back when we were taken to see the blue and crystal lagoon which was not expected. Managed to sample some of the local coffee, and liquors and visited some lovely places. Plenty to eat for lunch too with wine, water or juice. One major thing that let the trip down was the driver who could not speak English so I learnt nothing on my trip which was really disappointing. Also stop at back could have been longer as only there for 15 minutes.
