The trip to Mont Blanc was wonderful but I would not use this company . Avoid them. Book this trip with another company. So many issues!! Communication for pick up terrible. Broken down van. The train was shut down for almost the month Alpy Transfers did not care at all no price adjustment. When booking this I did not know who the provider was now we know and they are terrible. .Google search Alpy Transfers they are not recommended. But do visit Mont Blanc and have a wonderful time. It is a gorgeous place. Pick another company!!

Chamonix is magical. It would be a little better if the guide gave us a bit more information as to where to go and when. several of us were waiting needlessly not knowing where to go.

It was a truly once-in-a-lifetime experience.
I couldn't recommend this anymore to others who have had the opportunity to do something like this, the entire experience was breathtaking and the photos don't do it justice.
However, my only complaint would be the guide. He was late, unclear on where to find him or the directions for the other experiences. Wasn't an issue for me as our group went on together, however, you could see some concerned looks due to the guide dropping us at the cable carts and not seeing him throughout the day.

Going up to the Mt Blanc summit was amazing and the ice cave was really quite cool (no pun intended). However the lines for both were awful, making our tour far longer and drawn out than it was supposed to be

Aristotle, our guide was very special, kind, friendly and patient with us. Very friendly and helpful tour guide. Views of the mountain and the ice cave were fantastic! Ice cave itself was spectacular and very fascinating. So glad we did the tour!

Getting to the top of Mont Blanc was a once in a lifetime experience for me having lived in Geneva for 40 years and admiring it from a distance for so long. As an engineer, I admired the remarkable engineering achievement of putting this facility in place, to enable people to admire the works of God so closely.
The guide Konstantinos Pap was exceptionally nice and was of great help. He certainly made our visit most memorable. We would like to extend our profound thanks to him.

Our tour guide was really lovely, made sure we got in all the planned activities and communicated with the restaurant that our cable car was delayed. We went for the all inclusive package - if in doubt, GET THE LUNCH - amazing 3 course meal. (Apologies didn't get our tour guides name, friendly Greek man)

Apart from the joyful moments I had, I was hit by a big cube of ice and hurt my forehead. So I guess in future your team needs to keep the tourists aware about it

The guidance and commentary from the guide was very good. If I was to ever do this again I would allow more time. Sadly, this trip required that everyone had their passports but the driver / guide did not ensure the passengers on the group, albeit small had them. It should have been a prerequisite of getting on board to have them. We lost about 40 minutes going back to collect passports. This was a huge shame because it impacted on our time we had at the attractions.

Adventurous and breathtaking views. Tour company did not send out any info prior to tour. Difficult to communicate for pickup times. Would be helpful to know current weather contritions for mountains. Expect it to be cold to freezing. Great town to visit, we had an amazing lunch Rose du Pont. You could easily pick your own spot for lunch to give you more flexibility in your schedule. Cable cars are really fun and the train is a beautiful ride.

What an amazing tour! Breath taking views and wonderful experience. So much to see and perfect timing to do it. Aristotle was an outstanding tour guide, keeping us on track and guidance to make the most of the experience.
I highly recommend splurging with lunch. We were treating like royalty with a limitless ordering option. Friendly staff, DELICIOUS food, outstanding views.

Beautiful, snowy mountain! Cute, quaint ski town! Our driver was great! The 500 steps down to the glacier was pretty tiring. We stopped to rest a few times and were ok but I could see how this might be too much for some people.

Alex was a great driver. The drive up did not have much commentary as I had wished. We went to a different lift to the mountains and Alex was happy to drive us and pick us up when we were ready. Unfortunately we wanted to stay in Chamonix-Mont-Blanc longer so we did not ride on the way back.
