Laura was a great guide full of fun facts about Frankfurt. We explored areas we never would have known about. Great way to get introduced to a new city and shake out the jet lag.

We had one day in Frankfurt and wanted a morning tour to show us some local insights. Felix even helped us practice our German, and was very knowledgeable of the area, whilst showing us both tourist and hidden local gems. Places we wouldn't have found otherwise! Thank you for a great morning. Would recommend to anyone /group wanting a hassle free-led experience.

This tour was a great experience, getting to know what Frankfurt has to offer, its history, and seeing places you wouldn't know are there if a local hadn't showed you. There's a lot of walking involved, but it's mostly flat and at an easy pace. We did a 4 hour tour.

The person set up for the tour had to bail out and I didn't find out until well after our meeting time. I would suggest if you plan for this type of tour, plan for a backup.

Sadly, this tour company (Lokafy) has very poor standards for who qualifies as a tour guide. While it was clear we were not getting a professional/licensed guide, the guide (who was friendly and nice) did not speak or read German (a problem when one tours Frankfurt), had only been in Frankfurt from Indonesia for one year, and had not visited any of the museums we went to. We addressed this directly with the tour guide operator and they didn’t think their communications were misleading, which is very disappointing. Won’t be using them again. We would tell others to be very wary of who they get.

I thoroughly enjoyed this private tour with Felix. He is very personable and it's clear that he enjoys sharing his knowledge and passion with others. I particularly appreciate his ability to customize the tour to suit the client. This was a last minute trip for me and I really didn't have any specific requests. Felix was able to start with the basic highlights then, based on our discussion, he was able to make suggestions on the fly.
