'Trust me' to take you beyond the busier, tourist packed cities of Strasbourg and Colmar on a grape escape to discover some of the smaller, charming medieval villages like Kaysersberg, Riquewihr, Obernai, or Barr visiting 2-3 independent wineries for more personal wine tastings. We will also stop for lunch a local brasserie cooking regional delights like Charcuterie and Tarte Flammbe. The romantic and idyllic village of Wissembourg lets us feel the Alsatian charm. Afterwards, you have time for yourself in this great city. At the end of the day we drive to Landeck Castle - a spectacular excursion destination in the South Palatinate with breathtaking panoramic views over the Rhine plain to the Black Forest.
