Not for the COVID cautious

This was a terrible experience. We specifically picked this tour because the website said masks were required. We arrived to the tour and the guide/captain was not wearing a mask so we kindly asked if he had one. When he said no, we kindly asked if he would be willing to wear a clean, spare mask that we brought given COVID precautions. This question clearly triggered the captain because he immediately had a tantrum, wildly offended by the polite request to wear a mask (even though it said masks required online). He stormed off very upset by the question and we said we were still willing to do the tour, but he refused. It was a terrible experience, do not recommend if you are being COVID cautious.

I'd firstly like to offer our sincerest apologies for this huge inconvenience and burden as a result of the tour guide we had. I understand how this had impacted your vacation. I’d be upset, too. We strive to give the best experience to our guests for an experience of a lifetime. Hope you had a chance to read our previous reviews. Our utmost importance is to make sure our guests feel safe and comfortable during this time of the pandemic. We have never had any issues with this particular guide we contracted and he never let us know how he felt about masks. This was unacceptable behavior in his part. We no longer have him guide for our company. Once more, my sincerest apologies for the additional stress and inconvenience this caused. To ensure this does not happen again we're working on evaluating our guides and making sure they follow our guidelines and policy for our guests safety and concerns. Thank you for taking the time to write a review. Hope you and your family give us another chance to take you out on an awesome experience.
