Chris was awesome! He was incredibly knowledgeable about everything Everglades and answered all of our questions and gave us tons of info. At one point, he stopped the airboat and jumped into the water to show us a turtle! He went on to explain how he spotted it, told us the type, and told us what else we can be on the lookout for. We saw alligators, an alligator nest, a grasshopper, so many fish, birds, and more turtles. Chris also showed us where to find worms to use as bait if you were to fish when in the Everglades. You could absolutely tell he loves what he does and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Thanks Chris!

Lovely experience. Our guide thru the everglades was very pleasant, polite and knowledgeable about the ecology and history of Florida! Actually heard the alligator mating calls, as well as seeing many alligators. Beautiful birds and flora.

Had a great time it’s a guide who was not only knowledgeable but passionate about their location. Only issue would be was that I had booked a private tour with an accompanying price but shared the boat with four other people. I do not believe this is what I paid for

The Everglades are an amazing place full of life but the tour guide makes the tour and we LOVED getting to know Jack. We got a taste of the real culture of "Old Florida" and his insights and views. We left with a whole new appreciation for the culture of the Everglades. Thanks Jack!

This was such a fun afternoon! We arrived in Miami a day before our cruise and wanted something to do with our young son for the afternoon. He LOVED it! He got to sit up top and help ‘drive’. We saw lots of alligators and birds. Our guide gave us lots of facts and info about the Everglades and the specific area we were in. The super fast ride back to the departure ramp was so much fun and we all had smiles plastered on our faces!!! Directions to pick up were perfect and when I doubted, they responded right away to assure me I was in the right place. It started our trip off on a great note!

Seeing the actual alligators in the wild was fantastic. Unfortunately it rained the first 20 minutes and that put a damper on the trip but after the sun came out, it was super!

A scam, a hoax tell us to go in the time of 08:00 in the morning in January and it turns out that as it is cold the animals come out of the bottom of the water and we have not seen ANYTHING. What I don't understand is being offered that schedule if the same driver already explains that we're not going to see anything.
