Please follow the parking signs for designated kayak tour parking area and follow the signs on foot to our kayak launch where you will meet your guide. We cannot accommodate guests that do not arrive 20 minutes prior to departure as these are small group guided tours.

Great time on the water - but no alcohol allowed, couldn't swim and was crowded on a Saturday. I recommend going feb or march to see more Manatees, and possibly a week day or Sunday. Overall though I'm glad we went

Not 5 stars because we didn't see any manatees, which is why we booked in the first place, so the verbiage that manatees live in the spring year-round is misleading, but overall kayaking was great, and our guide Jo was good, and she worked hard to find us wildlife. We did see bald eagles and jumping fish.

Our guide Davis was amazing! Even though the route he had planned for us wasn't passable he was able to quickly get us going down a secondary path. He is very knowledgeable about the area and the wildlife. Even if he couldn't plan it we still saw an amazing variety of wildlife including a Bald Eagle and a family of manatees. At one point he had to get out and help us get through a tight area and never once complained. This wasn't an experience me or my daughter will ever forget!

Pictures show crystal clear blue water. Water was no that clear and brown. Loved our tour guide but it was a 2 mile canoe up stream and 2 mile back against current. Saw a few birds. No manatees or anything else. It was a workout.

We were called by your supervisor Dan,who wad amazingly so rude too me while on the phone..I booked with your company thinking it was the same as the one that my late father always took us too....Dan called me and as I truly tried to understand the mix up,he was incredibly rude,airagent,short with me.. I hope that it's all recorded for his current way of handling this mix up,was totally unpleasant and wrong..Dan needs too get re_trained to deal with people so that your company will stay amazing as I'm sure it is.I work with over 38 thousand people for a mager hospital,I'd like too let them know that the company us amazing,yet Dan didn't show that in any manner.

Yes, due to ecological factors beyond our control, tide levels can change which can ultimately lead to shallower waters or less visibility. We try to set expectations on our website regarding the ever changing and evolving landscape as well as a realistic shared water advisement. It is also a Florida law to protect the springs that we are not able to swim. We do wish Weeki Wachee was just ours 😜 but for now we will do our best to share waters and set better expectations for our visitors. Thank you for sharing your experience!

Was great! Belle was our guide, very informative and knowledgeable!! She mentioned manatee. We not only saw one manatee but two manatee and when we got back to camp others had seen manatee and we were able to put on board not just one manatee but two manatee so Belle was able to see and show us manatee! This is my first time to take such kind of tour. It was fantastic and far beyond my expectations. I took this tour with my daughter and we were so excited to see manatees during the tour as well as the beautiful river scenery.
