Decepción desde el primer día: muchas cosas por mejorar...

El tour no fue privado, puesto que una persona desconocida vino en el coche sin previo aviso. El "guía"/conductor no explicaba nada y apenas entendía español (tal y como solicitamos), ni inglés. No hicimos todo lo que se dice en el recorrido: algunos puntos importantes para visitar se los saltó, no vimos el atardecer en el desierto durante el paseo en camello, no nos pudimos duchar después de la noche en el desierto porque el agua estaba congelada... Nos dijo que nos llevaría las maletas y nuestra agua al desierto y no lo hizo, por lo que pasamos mucho frío y no disfrutamos de la experiencia. Poca información sobre la cultura y costumbres de la zona. No tuvimos fiesta de Nochevieja, tal y como nos aseguraron. Es un recorrido bonito si se hace bien y el hotel de la segunda noche nos gustó. Os hacemos llegar nuestra opinión para que pueda mejorarse este tour y no vuelva a ocurrir lo mismo con otros viajeros.

Thanks a lot for your crazy answer : -first of all if you don't know what did you booked please check again and see, you booked a group tour from fes to Marrakech and the conditions ofbthisbtrip we give you a professional driver speaking English not even Spanish but despite we give a Spanish driver... and another thing the driver in generale he still just a driver and if you need an official guide put more money and we give you a minister if necessary. 2- you wooked me at midnight and you said to mee that we want change the program and we didn't know that we will not stay at Merzouga in 31st.... And a lot of bla bla... We are not responsible for that you booked your trip and we should respect it that all and we don't want to make a declaration to tripadvisor that you do that and you make a lot of problems. 3- and about the sunset lady of sir, you should that you are the fist person who is responsible on that because we have a audio about the driver said to you take 20 minutes in ifran and take 20 minutes in the cedar forest and in the end what did you do you took more that 30 minutes in ifran and 1hours in cedar forest and tge worst you obligate the driver to stop in Errachidia in Carrefour to by braid to take your lunch (despite he stopped in Midelt where should we stop for lucnh and you didn't want to take it). Anyway we maked a lot of time this desert trip but we didn't have a guest like you. Anyway any one will see this review he should see also the answer to know where is the problem and another things we give a very good tent just to keepnyou satisfied. Don't be a lier please the next time...
