An unforgettable day out

We couldn't have asked for more in a guide than we found in Salim. He was so knowledgeable, offering us fascinating information at every point as well as so kind and patient. He knows the old medina like the back of his hand and took us round some amazing back streets amd ancient medieval alleyways as well as to all the major historical attractions. It was an honour to be taken round by him. He was also incredibly patient when the children wanted to backtrack and deliberate over various purchases or take photographs of the many adorable kittens and cats. He was able to provide us with contacts we needed for other trips and also keep the kids at bay who wanted the pester the children for spare dirhams along the way. The whole day was an absolute pleasure and will remain as a treasured memory forever.
