I had an amazing shopping tour in the heart of Fes medina and its souks

It was my first time to Fes, so it was very helpful to have a local tour guide to show me around the markets of the medina which they call the Souk, especially the place where they sell authentic handmade pieces and Abdou was so kind and knowledgeable of all the corner and hidden gems of the medina and he even taught me how to haggle and and helped me buying a beautiful mosaic fountain and a berber carpet without any pushing ! the best part was the free shipping offered by the cooperative he works with, I'm so grateful for Abdou and all the team. Thank you so much for making my visit to Fes so special I highly recommend booking this to anyone who wants to get some real authentic art pieces for the cooperatives and not imitated copies

ありがとうございました、日本語ほんとにお上手で安心して楽しくお買い物できました！色々とリクエストしたのを聞いてくれ、1日の流れをアレンジしてくれました。また、値段交渉も上手なのでついつい買っちゃいました(買い物しに来たので当たり前なんですが笑) ほんとにフェズは迷路なので、買い物する/しないに関わらずガイドさんお願いするのがお勧めです。わたしは女性の一人旅だったので、人気のない小道にひとりで入って行くののも、迷子になって無駄な時間を使うのもイヤだったので、本当にお願いして良かったです！モロッカンティーもご馳走になり、大満足です！ありがとうございました〜

Il faut faire attention car le guide change le circuit normal et à la fin vous demande de régler la somme de 30€ pour le chauffeur et même si ce n est pas grand chose vous ne recevrez pas votre bouteille d eau

Nous sommes désolés que votre expérience n’ait pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes. Pour clarifier, vous aviez réservé une visite shopping dans la médina, qui n’inclut pas de transport en voiture. Le supplément de 30€ concernait le chauffeur, car votre prise en charge nécessitait un véhicule en dehors de la médina, ce qui n’est pas compris dans le prix de cette visite. Concernant la bouteille d’eau, il s’agit d’un simple oubli de la part du guide, et nous nous en excusons sincèrement. Étant en plein mois de Ramadan, il n’y a eu aucune intention de mal faire, c’était une erreur involontaire. Nous apprécions vos retours et restons à votre disposition si nous pouvons faire quoi que ce soit pour nous rattraper.
