Guide did not show up despite me trying to reach out and confirm our reservation the day before. Had to rebook elsewhere which is very inconvenient.

I contacted this company when a different company failed to pick me up for my tour. They were able to fit me in last minute and were super communicative and kind. They saved my day. I had a great tour through the medina with a wonderful guide who went out of his way to make sure that I missed nothing. I highly recommend!

Abdul was a great guide! We asked for street food to be a part of our tour and he EXTRA delivered!!! Part of the tour includes seeing how different things are made - most of the tour is around the Medina- which was Inter and of course they are going to ask for you to buy things at the end of it. Abdul was never pushy or uncomfortable about when we didn’t get something which was nice (not all guides in Morocco are like that). Our road had tried to get us to cancel this tour to go with their guide and we recommend NOT doing that. This tour was great!…and the reviews from Riad seemed to say that their tour guides were pushy.

booked overnight for a private tour started in the following morning. Driver and guide came in front of the hotel and everything ran smooth. The guide was a former inhabitant of the Medina and gave a lot of insights on its life. Definitely worth its price, even for those who are not scared to enter the Medina alone.

Está excursão a pé pela Medina de Fes é bem esclarecedora da história da cidade e sua cultura. O guia que nos lelou a conhecer os pontos de interesse foi perfeito. Recomendo muito fazer o percurso guiado, pois o GPS não funciona e as ruas estritas são um labirinto.

Nuestra visita a la medina de fez due un tour de compras muy alejado de la inmension histórica y cultural que contratamos. El supuesto experto en la historia de Fez sólo tardo 15 minutos en describir El lugar. De las 4 horas contratadas 2,5 fueron de visitas a comercios de artesanías que ni solicitamos. Lo mismo que el almuerzo que nos vimos obligadas a comer y pagar. El nivel de español del guía era muy bajo y no estaba registrado como gris oficial. La visita debía comenzar a las 8 hs pero a la medianoche cambio el horario para las 10. Conocimos la Red clientelar de este proveedor: 4 personas hasta conocer quién sería nuestro guía. No recomiendo este servicio. Hubiera sido más provechosa realizar la visita por nuestra cuenta
