Amazing. Our guide Hassan was super kind and helpful. We loved the tour and the staff. I recommend it

Wonderful experience

I loved this tour. The driver (Moha) was so great, always checking in to make sure we were happy with things and providing an overview on everything and everywhere we went. The stops were awesome and the tours too. I adored the camel ride and the desert tent stay - there was even entertainment with music and a fire and delicious food too!!!! I loved all of it.

The guide was super nice, all the activities, guides on the way and the people in the desert were amazing. Thank you!

Day 2 and 3 need work.

Day 1- 5 starts ⭐️ Our guide Driss was exceptional the first day, very good. And everything was well organized (the dinner was a little mediocre). Camel rides where amazing and the other guides where also great. Day 2 - 2 stars ⭐️ Please don’t take a small group tour to overpriced comission restaurants. We spent around 7-8 hours in the bus, we can stop everywhere but stop next to the most horrible cafe. Also arriving back for dinner at 21:30 is just too late. Day 3 - 2 stars ⭐️ We needed to wait 1 hour for a technical check of the car and the guide didn’t know what to do with us. Tip: recommend the groups to 30 min go to the Jewish synagogue behind ourzazade it is beautiful! Day 2 and 3 really lacked passion and proper organization. Day 2 we all day in the car but nearly 2 hours at some bad roadside restaurant. When day 3 the guide again stopped at some 2.7 Star google maps rating place we protested and drove to a great place 10 minutes down the street. On the day 2 and 3 our guide was Mustafa who is great and friendly but is inexperienced tour guide. He speaks great Spanish but bad English and doesn’t explain anything! If we ask the answer is 1-2 words but no real stories. Also doesn’t keep the group on time which is partially the reason we arrived late In The hotels . We felt that they really missed out on the beauty a small group tour can offer. Also we found our this is one of the big companies, not a boutique agency. This you notice in the organization. All with all it was a beautiful adventure but the perfect viator score to us seems unrealistic. Still we are grateful for the experience we just hope you use the feedback to give Morocco the historical perspective it deserves. And invest in training of the guides! Final note we booked a max 10 experience for extra 100E but group was always 12 people 14 people or more.

Just book it now. Look no further.

Book it! Just book it! That is what I read on a review that made me decide to book it with this company over any other provider and I have no regrets. The staff was very friendly throughout the trip and after. The views on the drive were absolutely mind blowing and so beautiful, the stops along the journey were also well planned out and the desert portion was absolutely phenomenal! My, I would say, luxury tent even had air conditioning, windows and a full functioning bathroom!! I said I feel like a princess when I walked into it and the guy says: tonight you are a Queen and he was so right! Glamping at its finest! This was an experience I always dreamed of having and they made it a reality. We continued on and stayed in a pretty nice hotel as well the next night. Overall the 3 days was perfect. I am soooo beyond glad I was able to have this experience in Morocco. The amazing views, feeding monkeys, camel ride, sand surfing, glamping, authentic food experiences…. Seriously if you are deciding on which company to choose for this experience, pick this one.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE

Stop thinking about it and book this tour. Mohammed is the best tour guide you could wish for. He knows everything about his country and will answer to all your questions. The stay in the desert was magnificent, huge tent and bed super confortable. The hotel in ouzarzate was very good too. The local guide in Rissani is super nice and will show you the whole market. People in this country are so respectfulI and nice, I will deff come back. I said STOP THINKING ABOUT IT AND BOOK THIS TOUR you will not regret it, trust me. :D

Beautiful desert tour

Overall a great experience. There was good communication before and pick up was easy. Saw the Sahara dunes at sunset, amazing accommodations, and the other stops on the drive were very interesting and scenic. Our driver Hassan was very professional and informative. My only suggestion is to do a longer version of this trip if you have the time! As in three days there is a lot of time spent in the car, and it seems like there are some more hidden gems to discover with an overnight stay in one of the villages near Fes, or to spend more time at the dunes. Also to the agency I would add please research policy on allowing guests to feed the wild monkeys as I do not think this is healthy for them or safe for tourists. Otherwise all good!
