No driver showed up at the airport

Driver never showed up. Had to call Viator twice. First time they said they left a message with the driver. The second time she said, I just had to rebook and get a refund. Not helpful from either one of them. I also called the transfer company itself no answer so I left a message and emailed them and no answer again not very helpful. I expect a full refund for this transfer as we had to take an uber.

I wish I could rate 0 stars because our transport never showed up. I communicated with them the week before to give the my landing time and flight number. No response the day of and we were left trying to figure out an alternate ride to our destination that was an hour away. I am now seeking a refund through Viator

I pre-paid Viator for a van to carry the four of us plus out luggage. Their vendor hire a car that was to small. We had to hire a taxi. The transfer company did not e even have be a van.
