Dolphin and island tour.

This was a fun tour. Unfortunately we didn’t see dolphins but seeing the two islands made it worth it. It was a very enjoyable experience and showed another facet of beautiful faro.

The tour guides were excellent and explained everything clearly! The dolphins were incredible and we got super close to them - the guides are super respectful of the dolphins and the experience was incredible as we got to see the dolphins in their natural environment!

Pas de dauphins au prix fort

Déçu. J'étais venue la veille faire les 4 îles pour 40€ et j'avais réservé ce matin pour voir les dauphins (48€), hors en raison de la météo nous n'avons pas vu de dauphins. Je conçois tout à fait que c'est la nature et qu'il est difficile de prévoir cela mais ça aurait dû être indiqué qu'il y a une possibilité qu'on n'en aperçoit pas, auquel cas je n'aurai pas pris le risque de réserver pour probablement rien. La réservation ayant été faite pour observer les dauphins j'ai demandé un geste à la compagnie qui n'a rien rien proposé comme solution. Ni remboursement même partiel, ni aucun geste commercial, j'ai vraiment l'impression d'avoir été prise pour un pigeon pendant mes vacances... Je remercie toutefois les personnes dans le bateau ⛵ la balade était agréable et j'en veux uniquement à la compagnie qui aurait au moins pu proposer un petit geste commercial suite à cette prestation vendue mais non réalisée, étant dans le commerce, jamais je ne réagirais ainsi avec mes propres clients.
