Sinatra was exactly how I dreamed Portugal to be. The sights were beyond beautiful! This was our last day to have an excursion and, how i wish I'd known about this town sooner! Andre, our guide, was so knowledgeable and was such a gentleman to all the ladies that he would make his mama proud! It was great to see what Portugal was at one point in time. I pray the country can keep it's heritage alive. Thank you, Andre, for a great experience.

This was beautiful experience, but not a great choice if you have mobility issues or are afraid of heights. It was a great time to enjoy excellent scenery.

The staff was very friendly, our guide was Andres, he was also very knowledgeable. We travelled by shuttle vans. We could only see the cave from the top. The three sites were quite beautiful nevertheless the experience felt a bit over priced. No lunch provided, we spent 45£ per ticket. We were back at at 3:00 pm.

We’d like to kindly clarify a few details: 30% of the tour price goes to the booking platform and 23% to government taxes, which affects the final ticket cost. Lunch is not included in this experience, as clearly stated on the platform description. The tour duration is approximately 5 hours and is scheduled to end around 3:00 p.m., as indicated in the itinerary.

1) minibus driver reached speeds of 150km/h on motorway, too fast n minor roads!!! Not spoken to by tour guide who was in front seat, reckless and dangerous.
2) paths to caves were very dangerous. Often safety ropes are non existent or broken. Tour guide walked ahead offering no support to those on the tour. A clearer description NEEDS to be put in tour description before a serious accident happens.
3) the tour guide offered little input of interest. He walked ahead offering the group and often left people to walk alone along very dangerous paths. He showed very little thought to members safety.
4) I wrote directly to the tour operator the morning after the tour but three days later I have not had a reply.

Regarding the speed issue, we take this matter very seriously and have already taken the necessary steps to ensure it does not happen again. The safety of our guests is always our priority.
As for the walking paths to the caves, please note that these are public natural areas managed by the Portuguese authorities, and their condition is not under our control. We always remind guests that the trails can be uneven and rocky. This is also clearly explained in the tour description, which specifies that the experience is not recommended for people with reduced mobility or walking difficulties.
Concerning the guide walking ahead, it is standard practice for the guide to lead the way in order to show the correct route. We understand that your wife had mobility challenges, but unfortunately the terrain is not suitable for all visitors, as mentioned in the tour details. The guide cannot provide individual physical assistance on such paths.
Finally, regarding your email, we do receive a high number of messages daily, and while we do our best to reply as quickly as possible, sometimes it may take a little longer. We apologize if this caused you frustration.

Consider this tour just as a transportation to the sites. Do not expect a guide will make this tour more interesting. While views and the Marinha beach were amazing, the Benagil cave was a dissappointment. Without a possibility of seeing it from inside, it loses a lot of its attraction. Tour description promised a nice Portugese playlists to be played on our way back. In fact, it was portugese speaking on the radio all the way forth and back. As a bottomline, we were happy for seeing nice places, but felt somewhat cheated about the rest of what was primised.

We were on a tour of the caves in Faro - which were beautiful - the sea and scenery were breathtaking. Most of all we thank the driver of our van Jerome Vincent for taking such good care of us. As we are an elderly couple some of the path was a bit rocky. Jerome always had his hand out so we would not trip on the rocky road. He explained so many features to us and we think Faro is so beautiful. Jerome thank you for your help and kindness. Gary and Michelle

Great way to explore Algarve must-see spots From car without an own car. Highly recommended. Consider an optional walk from Benagil cave to the beach as the views from up there were the best part of the experience. Professionally organised.

Excellent half day tour with hiking, swimming and sightseeing the stunning Algarve Seco coast! Tour ran smoothly and on time. We hit all the highlights and you have the option to hike for 35 min or travel with the van so something for everyone.

short waiting time in the meeting point after we drive through to the algar seco. in here short guide walk and history from the place, after we go to benagil cave. sadly is clised so just from above cant see, after walk to the praia de marinha beach and little free time to swim who want. after back the city, really fast trip

Best trip with fantastic guides! Great value for money, our guides showed us all the spots that only locals would really know. Careful and considerate. Fountain of knowledge and took lots of photos for everyone.
I would highly recommend this tour if you are visiting Faro. Beautiful coastline with the option to do the 30 minute ish hike from Benagil.
We thoroughly enjoyed this day out.

The cave was beautiful, the hike was extremely difficult I am a senior and still workout and walk but this was extremely steep and rocky at times. I think this should be stressed it also took longer than expected and trail was not marked well.

We had an unfortunate situation where one of our parties had their backpack with all ID including passport and cash stolen out of the company van. Rilany was very supportive and helpful, doing everything she could to assist us. She drove us to the police station, waited 2 hours with us, then drove us all the way back to our Air BNB. We appreciated the last gesture so we didn’t have to get an Uber late in the evening.
Rilany and Pedro were great and our 2 tour stops was fabulous. The only thing I suggest is that they remind everyone to take their belongings with them and not leave them in the van. Stealing all ID and cash has caused a lot of headaches for us.

Angelo and Giovanna were wonderful guides on the speed boat to the Benagil Caves. Funny and knowledgeable. They showed us many caves and were able to go into them with the small boat. Fun and unforgettable trip!

I really appreciated it, we were in total 13 persons and our guides Pedro and Hilania did thier best. It was so nice to go to Algra Seco, to see Benagil Cave from above and to do the hiking to Praia do Marinha. We had even the time to do swimming or cliffjumping, if we wanted to. Nice Views and good organization!

Great tour, our guide Rilany helped everyone take pictures and was very knowledgeable about the three locations. Being able to walk or take a car between the second and third location was nice and the hike between the two was straightforward and had some very nice picture spots.

Lovely tour but a bit of confusion about what it consisted if, I booked it believing it to be a boat tour, then walking in the caves but turned out we drove there, probably my fault but to be honest the info was a little vague. The tour itself was 3 destinations and all scenery was lovely but I can't help thinking it was a little overpriced at 50 euros per person when you see cheaper experiences with activities on here.
The tour guide, drivers were lovely though and made everyone welcome.

This was a lot better than i was anticipating the coast line was amazing and i was very impressed with the tour guide who helped me walk over all the rocks and the steep steps
I loved the couple hours we had at Marinha beach it was beautiful swimming there looking at the stunning rock cliffs
