They canceled without notice of any kind. They did issue a refund which was how I learned of the cancellation. Bad communication and no notice.

After traveling for 20 hours we were looking forward to our driver. The driver never showed up to pick us up from airport. We waited for an hour. We called the contact number on our voucher numerous times and no answer. It was a very disappointing experience.

Our driver, Alex, was waiting for us at the airport when we arrived after going through customs. He was very helpful. We had a lively conversation with him as he safely navigated through traffic from the airport into downtown Edinburgh, no small feat considering it was during the Festival!

Dominic was a fabulous driver and had great tips for activities and getting around. Our plane was very late and he waited for us and helped us get to our train in time.

No one was at arrivals. Viator support was terrible. Car company wasn’t answering the phone. Car park is not nearby. Van was not in great condition. The lack of seatbelts in the back was troubling. At least the driver was friendly and got us where we were going.

Hi I can assure you the car is in perfect condition there is a working seat belt on every seat and as for not answering the phone it took myself 6 attempts for you to answer the phone also the driver was at arrivals when your flight landed
