It was great to get out early before the crowds-Mihala was a wonderful guide and so professional and classy. She had so much to share with us and a great way to get a feel for the town and the different locations to come back to. A small group of five. We had purchased the Dubrovnik pass to do the wall ahead of time so after the tour, we walked right up the stairs and started the wall at the Pile entrance. Dubrovnik Pass is also good for bus rides in the city which make it easy to transport around back-and-forth to Airbnb or wherever you need to go definitely worth $45
Roko was a truly charming host who was well versed in the ancient, medieval and modern history of both Dubrovnik and Croatia. Having grown up locally and studied history in Dubrovnik, Roko brought an intimacy and passion to his topic, with well-balanced facts, lore and personal experience. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our tour and would recommend it without hesitation.
Daniella our guide was just lovely and her passion for her city shone through. She was so informative and we learnt so much especially about the awful war in the 90’s which explained with sensitivity and compassion. I found it very moving and was delighted to see how this amazing place has recovered.
Great background info and history but waited/talked too long outside of the city at the beginning of the tour, especially as it is advertised as a "get-into-the city-early-while-it's-less-crowded" experience.
We loved this walking tour - it was one of the highlights of our time in Dubrovnik and really brought the Old Town to life. Our guide Petra was a Dubrovnik local who was hugely knowledgeable of the area, its ancient history, and everything leading up to the present day. Would 100% recommend this tour. It’s also an especially good way to see the Old Town and take photos before the crowds arrive.
We enjoyed our tour very much. Our guide was very knowledgeable and took his time showing us around and telling interesting stories about Dubrovnik’s history! We loved that it was a small group of 5 of us - easy to hear and interact. We also liked the time and length of the tour which gave us time to explore more on our own. A friendly, knowledgeable guide who was able to engage our 3 teens who also found the tour interesting. Appreciated the early tour as there were no crowds, great for photos, and it wasn't too hot.
Our guide was so passionate and informative about the history of Dubrovnik. The early tour is the best way to enjoy the old town and avoid the big crowds later on. Highly recommend this and try to do it when you arrive in Dubrovnik as you gain a great insight into the area and lots of tips on what to do during your stay .

We had this tour with Ivana on Monday morning this week. Very few of us on the tour. She was so friendly and great to tour and chat with. She was very knowledgeable about the history of the city and was very responsive to questions. She also gave the best advice on where to get a great coffee which for me was of the utmost importance with being up so early! Thanks so much Ivana. Would recommend to everyone!

Mikale (sp?) was an amazing tour guide. She helped piece together the history of the place, the history of Croatia, and the beauty of Dubrovnik. Great to do this tour early before all the cruise boat tours make it ashore.

Our guide Michaela (I hope I got that right?) was fantastic, she was very knowledgable and very personable. The streets at this time of day are mostly tourist free making this tour an absolute pleasure, with good photo opportunities.
Walking into the Old city early in the morning was spectacular. Old City was awakening and not crowded. It was a more personal experience. You could appreciate the beautiful architecture of the buildings and the marble of the streets. Our guide was amazing and very knowledgeable of the history.
The tour was wonderful with a nice tour of the downtown area. The food and beer tastings where great and our guide was knowledgeable.

We had a great time on this morning walking tour. Being early meant there weren’t any large crowds and the weather was a perfect temperature. Our guide was michaela and she was fantastic.
