Our city wall tour was terrific! Our guide Davor gave our small group a relaxed and very informative tour. We appreciated his great sense of humor. His deep love for Croatia and knowledge of it’s rich history was evident throughout.

Viktor was a fantastic guide and we enjoyed our experience. He was funny, engaging and very knowledgeable. It was nice to learn the history of the area while seeing the beautiful views. I highly recommend you do the morning tour as it gets really warm and crowded.
Davor was great and gave us laughs along the way. Great way to see the city of old town along with historical information.
Davor did a great job guiding our group of about 30 people on a tour of the city walls. He’s got a lot of knowledge and makes the tour interesting. You walk a total of 2 km and 1000 steps but it was well planned with the steepest climb at the beginning and then a more moderate pace. We also stopped for a 10 min break half way through to grab a drink and use the facilities. The company does a great job of communicating with you the day before the tour
We had an excellent tour with Davor. Davor is a great guide- very personable and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend doing a City Wall tour first thing in the morning to avoid the crowds and heat in the summer time.
What a great tour and so happy to have it done early. It definitely is hot in the summer months up on the wall. Davor was a great guide. His tour was the perfect mix of history and humor and he was incredibly informative regarding recent and ancient history of the area. I highly recommend this tour.
Lots of steps and walking but well worth it for the views and history of Dubrovnik. Can get very hot during the middle of the day!!!

Davor was a great guide for the history of Dubrovnik and the walls! I would highly recommend doing this while you are here. This activity is best during the morning or later afternoon. I wouldn’t recommend small children go on a guided tour here. Also, I’m sure it says but a ticket for the wall is not included. I recommend getting the Dubrovnik city pass instead of a ticket just for the wall.
Davor was so fun and extremely knowledgeable. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour. Definitely a must do and if you come in summer, do the tour first thing in the morning.

This was an informative and spectacular tour that encapsulated the turbulent history and resilience of the Croatian people to which the impressive walls stand testament. Davour, our guide was both knowledgeable and engaging. The stairs are challenging, but his pacing and eloquence helped distract from the strain. I would highly recommend the sunset tour when the weather is a bit cooler and the panoramic views were breathtaking. The Dubrovnik pass and guided tour fee was steep and not everyone can afford to spend that on one segment of a trip. For us it was a once in a lifetime experience that gave us a good insight into the history, ingenuity and endurance of the people of this proud nation. The tour was highly effective, well organized and having our headphones and transceiver really helped us clearly hear Davour's very engaging account of the events that lead to the building of the walls, the determination and pride of the people to be a democracy that valued individual rights. We found Davour to be extremely personable, open to questions, articulate, clear, very well informed along with a great sense of humour. So all in all, I would highly recommend him as your guide for this tour.
Our tour was cancelled the day before because not enough people signed up. Very disappointing.

Amazing start to our time in Dubrovnik! The walls are absolutely beautiful before sunset. I would highly recommend this tour. Be warned, you need to purchase the Dubvronik Pass to get into the walls. It is not included in this tour. The pass is a great way to see several sites in Dubvronik. However, you can only visit each place once even if you have a multi-day pass. So be sure to stay on the walls as long as possible after the tour ends. We had about 20 minutes with hardly anyone there before the staff asked us to leave and the pictures are unreal.

The walls were beautiful! We did the early one and even then it got pretty warm but so worth it! Definitely bring a hat or sunscreen, there’s a couple little bars up on the walls that have fresh orange juice, snacks, and restrooms. Our guide Davor was excellent, charming, chatty, and knew his stuff. Knew all the good photo spots and even sprinkled in some fun GOT facts! Highly recommend, and if you get Davor you’re in good hands!!

This tour was incredible! Our guide, Divo, was very knowledgeable and friendly. He answered our questions, helped us take photos, and shared lots of fun facts. Going to the walls early in the day was also such a a good decision, as it started getting crowded near the end.
Our guide Deša was great and made the experience all the better for us. This is can be a strenuous experience but if you plan ahead it will be fine.
Velentina was really good in explaining the history, sharing her own experience and also cracking jokes. When we had queries, she was more than willing to share more details. She was very understanding and maintained the walking oace with us. She always checked on us and helped to take good pictures. I loved the experience and I must say Velentina enhanced the entitre experience.

Was excellent. Would do again. Can be cool in the early AM but warms up quickly, layer up so you can take some off. Very little shade. There are a number of places you can buy a coffee or a juice, makes a nice quick break.
