What a fun afternoon with Nino! We had an amazing time with two teens! Right mix of thrill and relaxation! The music was great, the drinks were plenty and the sights beautiful! Great way to spend the afternoon!

Armin was a great DJ, wonderful bartender and a safe captain👍 He gave intro of the tour and explained different stops enthusiastically. It was a fun trip and got to meet different people from different countries. The blue cave was good and the other spots were worth visiting. Sufficient time was giving at the Sunj Beach. We got back safely and on time.

Itinerary

Head to the departure point at your chosen time, either morning or afternoon, to get your adventure started. Being a small-group tour, enjoy the intimate and personalized experience without the feeling crowded.

Arrive at the Blue Cave and begin to explore the beaches and caves. After taking some time to look around, get geared up and go for a snorkeling session.

Afterwards, travel to Sunj Beach on Lopud Island and take a swim along the shore. Sip on refreshing alcoholic beverages while onboard between locations.

When you get hungry, indulge in beach bars offering food and stop for a meal or snack. Then, follow your guides to the secret three caves on Koločep Island. Swim through these awe-inspiring caves and marvel at their natural beauty before heading back.

Toilets are available only at the sandy beach. Please use the toilet prior to arrival for check-in.
Starting from September 15, the afternoon tour will no longer go to Sunj beach, but to the village of Lopud, where there are also interesting sandy beaches, a botanical garden, Franciscan Monastery and restaurants. The reason for this is that in the afternoon Sunj beach is in the shade and guests cannot get the same experience as in the morning.

Great trip apart from losing the first 30 minutes!

Great excursion — I’d definitely recommend it. We visited the Blue Caves, stopped at a few other caves for snorkelling, and spent about an hour at a beautiful beach. Overall, the trip was really good, and Dominic, who hosted our boat, was excellent. The main downside was the start of the trip. We had to wait over half an hour for 2 guests to arrive, which meant we lost 30 minutes from a four-hour excursion, which is a lot. And we did not get the time added on at the end so we lost out. I understand allowing a short waiting period, but for such a short trip, I think an alternative should have been considered rather than leaving everyone sitting on the boat waiting for them with no explanation or idea of timing. The other 4 boats all headed off on time and had the full excursion. That did take away from the experience, but the trip itself was really enjoyable and the beach was beautiful.

We had a great time visiting the blue caves around Dubrovnik. Nikola was a great skipper! The Sunj beach was too rough to stop at due to weather, so we stopped at Lopud town for lunch, which was delicious and relaxing.

Highly recommend this tour! Armin was an amazing guide! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made this one of the highlights of our whole trip! The Blue Caves were incredible, and the swimming stops were beautiful.

Blue caves cracking day

Easy to find departure location, worthwhile checking the tide times as the caves are a bit easier at low tide. Boats were clean, well maintained. Driver was pleasant, did a good job at managing punctuality and trying to get to the spots slightly early to get a closer swimming location. Blue cave was great, water is a little cooler due to depth, and green cave was good too. Minimal swell given location is sheltered. Sunj beach deck chairs for free with a drink, worked well as a spot for the 1.2h at the beach. I would say 20 mins at each cave spot and a bit over an hour at the beach. Were given a few beers, softies for the kids. All in all delivered on what was promised.

Captain Nino was fantastic! From when we first got onto his boat. He was welcoming and looked after us well. The blue cave was too busy initially so we went to other caves first. Then to a beach for drinks and food, stopping at the blue cave on the way home. Less people there then. He also had a great selection of songs playing on the boat and we were welcome to Bluetooth our selection if we wanted. Wine and beer flowed throughout the trip. We had a great time! Thank you Nino!!

A fun boat ride across the Adriatic, stopping at different stops for swims and sightseeing. The best team, extremely responsive to questions, and listened to all our requests. The blue caves were spectacular

Boat captain was professional and conscientious and friendly. We really wanted Kasala boat ride but it was canceled due to low turnout. This was adequate alternative. Great music, chance to soak in the surroundings. Great day in the beautiful Adriatic! Note of warning though- my son did some cliff jumping and landed on a sea urchin with dozens of spikes in his foot.

A great experience! There were significant waves on this day, so the company had to change their plans. They were up front with the information and allowed customers to choose what to do. We went ahead with the excursion. It was the best time. The small island we visited so quaint and right in the water.

Rude and Obnoxious boat driver

Their shuttle driver was 20 minutes late and we still had to stop for two additional groups. The boat driver, Eric?, was rude and offensive. After exiting the harbor he immediately started blasting music with a heavy dance beat. When asked to turn the music down (not off) he threatened to drop us off on an island or return us to the dock. He actually turned the boat around and started heading back to the dock while calling his company. He eventually returned to the proper coarse but was rude and arrogant the reminder of the excursion. On the final return trip he once again felt the need to play loud music making conversation impossible. The caves were beautiful but the experience was ruined by the boat captian.

A great trip across some of the most beautiful waters i have seen. Broccoli, our guide was informative and helpful, keen to answer questions and give best advice. There is plenty time at the various stops to make the most of the attractions, whether it is the caves, beaches, coves or simply swimming in the sea. A truly great afternoon out.

This was probably my favorite excursion ever and we’ve participated in some really great ones. To start, the seas were too rough to actually visit the blue caves. The tour guides immediately offered for people to either cancel or just participate in a really fun boat day with swimming and beach stops. We chose to still go and I’m so glad we did. 1st- if you can request a captain, definitely ask for Anthony. He was so personable, gave a touch of history while also providing a play list that was on point. They didn’t lie- the seas were not calm, but it made the ride so fun (not at all dangerous- just a few good splashes to wake you up). We swam at the first spot and then were dropped at the cutest spot on an island. Not touristy at all. We walked around and explored, enjoyed amazing ice cream and it was such a nice chill, time. We were then picked up and taken back to our starting point. If I can make it back to Croatia I will definitely participate in this one again!

We had the best experience on this tour with our tour guide Nino. It was nice to be in a small group on the boat. Nino was excellent because he really tried to maintain the "small group" experience as much as possible given how many operators do this tour. When we arrived at the blue cave, it was extremely crowded so Nino made the decision to do this stop last instead, which ended up being absolutely perfect! It was much less crowded this way and we had a much better experience. He also had great music that really added to the overall fun of the boat ride! You do need to be a decent swimmer for this tour as the currents can be strong. They do provide pool noodles to help you float if needed. Overall we had a great experience and would recommend!

Average trip but agree it felt like an expensive water taxi

It was ok. A large group of people were divided up onto the small speedboats. We had about 10 minutes in the blue cave. The water was quite high so there wasn’t much room to get in the cave. The second was the green cave where we had about 10-15 minutes swim. The third stop was a small beach with a few restaurants and a couple of shops. I was a bit tired of the same menu everywhere by this point; pasta, pizza, burgers etc. so had risotto which was ok. The drinks were ok, was given 2 cans of Heineken and a white wine. It might have been better to pay a bit more and have food included where all boats met and we could all chat.

This blue cave experience is amazing! Be prepared for the speedboat, as you will get wet. The host, Nino, was gracious and fun! Even when the weather took a turn he made sure we were all comfortable.
