Be in the hotel lobby 15 minutes before your pick-up time and let the concierge know you're waiting for an Arabian Adventures tour. Make sure to present a valid voucher when you meet your guide.

A private car is required for children under 135cm to fit a proper car seat.
Children aged 5 must use a child seat, which can be booked for a shared vehicle in advance.
Children aged 5–12 can stay free on a rollaway bed in the tent (maximum of 2 adults and 1 child per tent).

Transfers are shared, with seating for 6 guests and 1 guide. Seats are not pre-allocated and are rotated during the trip (1 seat next to the guide, 3 in the middle row, and 2 in the back).
There is no entertainment included in this experience, however, background music is played during the evening.

I have booked an overnight safari as a gift for my fiancé, and it was the best gift ever says he. We really enjoyed this peaceful experience, the staff were really friendly and provide a wonderful private experience. Our tour guide Bukhari was a very professional person and friendly. He was really dedicated to make it a special experience for us from the his brilliant dune bashing drive, to taking his time to take a memorable pictures for us to explaining the culture and the history of the Bedouin. The dinner, the tent, the atmosphere and the service were top. I would definitely recommend.

This was amazing. Our host was the best tour guide ever, very friendly and entertaining and was doing everything to make this experience special. We loved the quality of the whole tour. The tent was of very high quality, the bed was more comfortable than in our 4 star hotel, driving through dunes was an adventure, riding a camel in sunset was very romantic, we got a very good breakfast and dinner and there was even a shower at the camp ground! I would totally recommend this experience and can't imagine how this could be better. Also we got some individual experiences like walking through the desert at night with our tour guide or watching the sun rise which was just amazing.
