I highly recommend our guide Ali Basra. The best part of the whole day was the desert safari and the beautiful sunset in the desert. The guide took beautiful and professional pictures of us. This was such a fun excursion! Abdul was amazing. The 4×4 in the desert, the sand surfing and the dune bashing were so much fun. You must do this in Dubai!!

Everyone is brought to a place where you are required to rent a quad bike or car and, for an extra fee, ride around the sand for an hour. Or wait an hour while others ride.

The encounter with the sands leaves a pleasant impression.

Highly recommended, absolutely 10/10 value for money.
Shahab is our tour guide and driver, he is accommodating and skilful in driving. He explained clearly what to expect and how long for each stop. He didn't upsell us to pay extra for ATV Quad biking and VIP dining. It's all our will. (There are reviews from other platform that they push guests to join these).
As we are expecting to share the vehicle with the other family, we are good with Shabab's arrangement. It's a long drive to the destination for dune bushing though, it worths.
We love the whole experience very much, our guide Shahab, the camel ride (a minute ride though), dune bushing, and even the simple dinner buffet and show. All mentioned in the package is included, and everything is just perfect.

Super super worth it for the price! The package includes pickup/drop off from your hotel, and all the activities stated. There’s a 40 minute stop in the middle where you have the option to rent ATVs. The dinner location is a beautiful outdoor location with buffet dinner and live shows. Also - Shahab was the best guide we could have asked for! He’s very dedicated and took a lot of great photos for us. He really made our trip feel special.

Your first stop is to quad bike place which isn’t included we had to pay extra for this and for headscarf’s. I hadn’t realised and felt under pressure to pay

First of all if you are lucky enough to get Shahab and Iman as your drivers and guides this experience will just surpass all expectations. They are genuinely lovely people, very knowledgeable and incredibly safe drivers. They made this excursion one of the best we’ve ever done. Thank you to both of you.
Wear comfortable clothes and shoes.
Wear sunscreen.
If you rent a buggy DO buy a headscarf and let them cover your mouth and eyes because sand gets into them when you are driving. It’s 50 AED per headscarf and makes your pictures awesome.
Be careful when they take your picture there is a charge, holding the eagles is also charged.
If you feel car sick this is not for you because the dune bashing is quite intense but so worth it and a thrilling ride.
Once at the camp use the toilets BEFORE everyone goes because after they are so dirty you cannot step inside.
Either take your own snacks or upgrade to the premium buffet because the included package buffet is terrible and you are herded like cattle.
Overall definitely a must do excursion, full of fun and excitement, breathtaking sunset pictures and fun camel rides. Recommend it 100%

First the Guide had difficulty to understand English or speak it. He Started with a pick up 30 min earlier than announced on message. We rushed .. we picked another guest with his 2 kids who had to also rush to get ready. The guide did not inform uscon how long wil be the ride or what are the next steps. We started to converse with the other guest to get acquainted. The guide suddenly put a loud music so loud we could not understand each other. We had to ask him few times to bring down the sound of radio. The guide was constantly driving consulting his phone. At a point I asked him to stop because it was dangerous driving for all of us. After app 1 hr drive first stop is at a store ( guide only interest is that we buy something or he converses with colleagues). Had to ask where is the camel ride and how to proceed. The ride last few minutes for the picture). We sit and wait while is talking with his colleagues . No info on sand bashing tour. Did not tell us that we had to wait for car. Finally he leads us to a car for sand bashing. Not fun … the driver hit big bumps so hard that driver came out to check if his car was damaged. …No stop in desert to admire scenery or sunset.
Another hour to get to camp to eat and we had to wait 2 hours to start eating the buffet. (Unless we pay 30$ each to start to eat at 5 o’clock hour of arrival)? No chance to go back for 2 nd plate. …. Conclusion. 6 hours drive and wait time for 30 min in desert and 60 min show and eat. Loud music and dangerous drive with phone…plus sand bashing at night getting out of the parking First bad experience with Viator tour. Very sorry!

I had fun. I wouldn't recommend getting your own ATV it was costly and I had way more fun driving the dunes in the SUV which is included in the package. The camel ride was fun but just a quick few steps on his back. Sand surfing was fun !!

This is an amazing way to experience Dubai beside the hustle and bustle of the city. We were picked up in the hotel on time by Gauhar Ali in a clean and well maintained Land Cruiser. He informed us on the exact pick up time, explained the activities of the day. It involved 2 stops in different locations probably over 1 hr apart. The dune bashing was the highlight of the trip, even if you are not a nature guy you will appreciate its beauty. We didnt avail of the VIP package in the camp but he put our seats closest to the buffet area. I recommend this experience 100%.

The Desert Safari trip was wonderful. The guide picked me up from the hotel and other tourists from another hotel. We had a great dunn riding, camal riding, sand boarding. Then we went to a camp and had a great dinner and lots of other shows. The evening was full of exciting activities.

I wouldn't recommend this tour if you have a red-eye flight on the same day. We were picked up from our hotel at 1:25 PM and returned at 8:50 PM, making the total duration 7 hours and 25 minutes instead of the 6 hours indicated in the description. Additionally, there was no safety equipment provided for the camel ride, dune bashing, and sandboarding. If the minimum safety gear, like helmets, is not available, it would have been helpful to be informed in advance so we could reconsider joining the tour.
