Christmas Day 2 hour boat trip

A wonderful 2 hour Christmas Day cruise for our family ( 2 adults and 3 teens 19,17,15) The booking and communication was excellent . Meeting point and times clearly explained and queries answered so quickly . Our boat team of Captain [ Bablu] , hostess Rachelle and deck hand Jake just could not have been any nicer and more helpful . We brought our own drinks and snacks but they had ice and glasses . At late notice I asked do Santa hats for photos and they kindly met another boat after we left to get some . It was above and beyond . Just do be aware that some of pictures on the advertisement are different to the boat you may be allotted . Some are more ‘ glamorous’ than others but we were very happy with ours .

A great experience - would highly recommend it

We opted for the two hour private cruise and it was the perfect length of time to get to see everything we wanted to at a nice slow pace. Communication ahead of the day was excellent and we met the crew exactly when and where promised (if you are travelling in the next few months there are a lot of roadworks around the marina so do leave a little extra time to get to the meeting point as the traffic is currently a nightmare!) The friendly crew looked after us really well and were on hand if we needed anything, with offers to take photos for us whenever we passed any of the major sights. It was a nice touch to have a really decent bluetooth speaker system on board to connect to so we could have our own chilled out playlist as we cruised up the side of the Palm. Cold water is on offer from the moment you board and there are also refreshments available to buy on board (beers, prosecco and soft drinks) although they are equally happy for you to take your own (we'd brought along our own bottle of bubbles as we'd mis-read somewhere alcohol wasn't served on board and the crew were kind enough to provide us with some glasses). The boat was exactly as shown in the pictures and really well looked after. Overall, we can't fault anything about the experience and we left with some happy memories and great photos and we would highly recommend this experience.

Bit disappointing

Bit disappointing. The boat was as advertised and looked the part. However, service was mediocre. Opted for the birthday package with my name and numbers for my age. Got on board to find they had not arranged them despite emailing me to say it was all purchased and ready. They also dont tell you that there is a charge 9f 10 dirhams pp to get to the yacht and the same back. Small amount but should be included in the price of the package.

Our management also personally reached out to you via WhatsApp after the trip to make sure everything was perfect, but unfortunately we didn’t receive a reply. Regarding the 10 AED pp ($ 2.70 / £2.10) transport fee you mentioned this is an optional Dubai Harbour buggy service. Guests can choose to enjoy a short 5-minute walk to the yacht or take the buggy for convenience. We’ll make sure to clarify this better for future guests. We understand this may have caused confusion and will make sure future guests are informed in advance. Breathtaking views and fabulous crew!

The best boat trip with the most amazing views! The team couldn’t have been more accommodating and were incredibly helpful with the kids. We feel so lucky to have swam in front of the Burj Al Arab and taken in some breathtaking views. It was a great experience from start to finish and I would recommend Kings and Queens yachts to everyone. It was also surprisingly good value for money. The only thing I would change is booking a longer trip next time!

A private yacht experience you won't forget! Johan and Anne (boat owners) and their team were fantastic! They were so hospitable and kind. The yacht is gorgeous and easily able to accommodate our group of 8. We were met at the marina drop-off area by Johan and took the short walk down the pier to the yacht. Our group didn't plan in advance well, but you can bring your own food and drinks aboard. It just so happened that they had items on hand that we could purchase, which made the experience all the more special. We purchased the 2 hour experience and it was just enough time to sail out to the Burj Al Arab and through the marina. How many can say they sailed on a private yacht in Dubai?! An Instagram worthy experience. I would recommend this to anyone.

Soda Vs Air

My experience for my 23rd Anniversary was horrible. We rented the yacht in Dubai by King and Queens with expectations of having a working air condition on board.That was not the case. Sven reached out to me the day of the scheduled yacht date to confirm and Did not tell me that the air was not working. Therefore I knew nothing until we arrived and the crew informed me that the air stopped working the day before. I understand stand things happen but I should have been informed of this and at least given the option to possibly reschedule or cancel with a refund. Instead I arrived and was offered flat 7up and a face towel! When I addressed the issue the crew member laughed and proceeds to talk over the situation. I did not get what I paid for and that was an option to sit outside or inside with working air . We all had to sit outside because inside was just as hot as the outside! I voiced my concerns immediately and after the 2hr session in WhatsApp and Sven replied that they gave us soda and face cloth. This was absolutely poor customer service. As I stated earlier, I understand things do happen but they have to be handled professionally and with customer service care.. I advise not to book...This was supposed to be the highlight of my stay in Dubai for my Anniversary and it was ruined and taken very lightly! King and Queens this was very disappointing! I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else.

We would would like to provide some background on the cooling of the saloon. Air Conditioning Functionality: The air conditioning system on our yacht was operational. However, it is important to note that our air conditioning system is cooled by seawater. During Dubai’s extreme summer months, with temperatures ranging from 41°C to 50°C and seawater temperatures from 35°C to 40°C, the efficiency of the cooling system can be significantly challenged. The summer heat in Dubai is exceptionally harsh, making it difficult for any air conditioning system, particularly those cooled by hot seawater, to maintain optimal temperatures inside a yacht. Despite these challenging conditions, we strive to provide the best possible experience for our guests. The offer of soda and face towels was an immediate attempt to provide some extra relief in the given situation. We always do our best to give the best service and Hospitality to our guests ! That is our main goal !! To assure and prevent this experience will happen again we have installed an extra portable Air Conditioning to assure that the saloon during the summer in Dubai will be extra cool. Again, we deeply regret your feedback and as a kind gesture we would like to welcome you back in the future with a special discount for you and your family. Our goal is to ensure all guests have a memorable and comfortable experience, and we are committed to continuous improvement based on valuable feedback. Best Value Boat Trip in my opinion

We booked this for 5 adults and we had a great time. The boat is lovely, staff so friendly, we could play our own music. Drinks etc (water) provided and we could bring other if we wanted. They couldn't be more helpful. We went on the night trip and seeing the marina etc at night was amazing but I bet it's just as great for sunset and during the day. I highly recommend this if you are looking for a boat trip in Dubai.
