We offer pickup from any hotel in Dubai. For pickups from a residence or apartment, a private vehicle booking is required. Pick-up times vary throughout the year based on sunset times. Generally, expect pickup between 2:00 pm and 4:00 pm. We will confirm your exact pick-up time via email or phone call around noon on the day of your excursion. If you do not hear from us, please contact us through your booking or account.

Itinerary
Begin your luxury experience at your central Dubai hotel. Hop inside a comfortable, air-conditioned Land Rover Defender 4x4, and sit back and relax as you cruise into the surrounding desert.
As you travel, listen as your guide shares tales about Dubai’s history and some of the traditional desert customs that still lie at the heart of Emirati culture.
After a while, arrive at the Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve, a protected area established to help preserve the desert’s indigenous wildlife and ecosystem.
Set off on a wildlife drive around the dunes and plains. Watch for animals such as the rare Arabian oryx, and more common species such as gazelle and desert monitors, and learn about the flora and other features of this natural wilderness.
Afterward, leave your Land Rover Defender to experience a spectacular falconry display. Learn how the falcon is the UAE’s national bird and watch transfixed as these magnificent birds soar through the air to collect lures before returning to their gloved handlers.
If you wish, take the opportunity to get up close to the falcons and have a souvenir photo taken. Then, as the sun sets, take a camel ride to a romantic desert dinner sanctuary softly lit by flame torches and lanterns.
Take a seat at your private table and absorb the setting over your 4-course dinner, cooked by a private chef. As the stars twinkle above, savor gourmet Middle Eastern and Asian-inspired dishes such as spiced lamb cooked underground, grilled salmon, and an exquisite dessert assortment. Between courses, enjoy desert activities such as getting a henna tattoo or taking the opportunity to try a shisha (Arabic water pipe) if you wish. With your meal finished, return to Dubai by Land Rover Defender, ending your evening with a hotel drop-off.

This is 1000% worth the price!! If you want to have a desert experience with a bit of glam and pampering… this is the tour for you. Top notch all the way through from the door to door pickup up at your hotel to the multi course meal, the camel rides and photos plus videos. This is one of those you have to do if you ever visit Dubai.

Exceeding our expectations! this is luxury in the desert. This begins with the comfort of air con ranger car for hotel pick up and exploration of the Dubai Desert Conservation. The falcon performance, camel ride, star gazing and night performances are just as interesting and insightful. the highlight is the 6-course dinner prepared on the spot which caters to various dietary needs. overall a great desert experience!

This is a Must in Dubai, honestly the description falls short of what you get and experience. I highly recommend this tour, if possible, ask for Hossan to be your tour guide. He takes pride in what he does and he is very informative making your trip a luxurious night. Food was excellent. We will ne coming back soon.

I had high expectations regarding this tour and it still surpassed them. Majid our driver and tour guide did a fantastic job of keeping us engaged, teaching us about the desert and culture of the Bedouin people, and guiding us through the various activities. The aspects of this tour are highly recommended and if you can afford it the platinum heritage tour is the best option and is different than the other options. Other companies offer desert safaris but they are not equal, make sure you buy the platinum heritage from this company if you want a truly unique excursion and not just dune bashing and a bbq dinner.

Nothing can prepare you for how amazing and memorable the Platinum desert experience is. As someone who loves to dabble, over the course of 7 hours, you get a little bit of everything the desert has to offer with, 1st class transport, amazing food, camel rides, falcon show, dinner entertainment, history and to top it off, beautiful photography / video keepsakes.

If not the friendly tour guides Miriam and Voldemar I would rate this tour with no more than one star. The falcon show was too short and quite primitive, the ride in the desert was so-so, the dinner was frustrating, nothing to write home about and definitely not the type of food you expect when paying almost 500 per person for the tour.
The tour guides on the other hand were very pleasant and friendly.
If all of the desert tours are like that then I recommend to choose the one for a fraction of this price.

What a fabulous excursion, book this and you will have the time of your life !!!! The driver, Hamdy, picked us up promptly at our hotel in a sparkly clean Land Rover. We had booked a private car and so excited that we did. We traveled to the camel race track and Hamdy educated us on the specifics of Camel racing and how it has changed over the years. When we arrived at the preserve there was a photographer to take pictures throughout our travels. The first thing we did was see a falconry show with Sarah - it was very informative. Then the camels arrived and my husband and I were in for our first camel ride and what a treat it was! After a ride on the camels we were escorted to our private tent followed by 6 course Bedouin meal. There is more food than you can eat and as they say in Dubai do as the Emarati's do so we had to eat some camel and boy was it tender and delicious. Unfortunately we had found out we were on the Arabic Holiday and there were no belly dancers, however we were pleasantly surprised with a one of a kind star gazing show. How incredibly awesome it was to see Saturn!! Hamdy's going away gift was a chocolate camel made out of camel milk DELICIOUS!! A fantastic experience with a one of kind tour guide thank you again Hamdy!

This tour was perfect and certainly a high light of our week in Dubai. Our guide was super and he was exceptionally accommodating and shared a large variety of information about the desert, Dubai and the history. I wasn't interested in being a large vehicle and the Mercedes G SUV was perfect but even better still was the amazing dinner that we were served in a private area out in the desert.
