If you are staying at a residence, please provide the exact address and a Google-pinned location. Please use the following timings as a guideline when planning your day and preparing for pick-up: September - November: 03:00am - 04:00am December - February: 04:00am - 05:00am March -May: 03:00am - 04:00am Please provide us with your hotel, room number and contact details for us to call or message you the evening before the experience regarding the exact pick-up time. If we are unable to reach you, we will try to leave a written message with your reception or tour operator and have it delivered to your room. Itinerary
Wake early and begin your hot-air balloon Dubai experience with a pickup from your Dubai hotel or central meeting point. Hop inside your air-conditioned minibus, and travel to the Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve outside the city.
After a scenic drive, arrive at the launch site, and watch as your hot-air balloon is inflated for your flight. Listen to a safety briefing before climbing inside the basket with an experienced pilot at the controls. Each basket holds up to 24 passengers, and there’s plenty of space for you to sightsee as you fly.
As you rise higher, take in views of the sunrise, and hear commentary from your pilot about the geology and wildlife of the protected Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve. Then enjoy a unique opportunity to watch falcons fly up to 4,000 feet (1219 meters) above the Earth in a trained demonstration.
After the flight, you're driven to a private desert conservation reserve in a vintage 1950s Land Rover where you have the chance to freshen up at clean, private bathrooms. You'll then be served a gourmet breakfast of delicacies.
Afterward, return to your minibus and end your experience with a hotel drop-off.

This tour was the highlight of my 10 day vacation in Dubai! I had a wonderful time and an amazing experience! Nikki was a great driver looked after everyone! Helped carry plates at breakfast, brought out drinks for people and everything! Nikki did a lot of driving and I hated that people didn’t tip him at their drop off point! Shame! Nikki was Captain Hossam was awesome as well! Best experience ever!

Great Experience. My original booking was cancelled due to weather but they put on the next day's flight and checked to make sure I was picked up. Our driver, Danish, was great. He explained how the morning would pan out and he drove the vintage landrover later too. It started with a very clever drone show then, after a safety brief, onto the balloons. Our pilot, Captain Serhan, didn't mind answering my numerous questions. The landing was rough due to wind but we had all been briefed and practiced how to brace. Breakfast was delicious. It was top value and well worth the price. I'd highly recommend this trip.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. We were picked up at our hotel and brought to the balloon takeoff site. Enjoyed Arabian coffee and dates. Watched the preparation of the balloon and then took off for our first time in a balloon and we absolutely loved it. I am hooked on hot air balloons The ride to breakfast in the vintage land rover was fun. Breakfast was outstanding. Absolutely a fantastic day. Would definitely recommend Our Captain/pilot was excellent knowledgeable and professional Also our guide throughout the day was fantastic 10 stars.

Great experience all around! From the drone show to the balloon ride, to the vintage Landrover ride, to the camel ride and the breakfast, it's a lot of fun packed into a few hours. The crew was very positive, polite, and knowledgeable. We had a great time - despite the early hour!

This was our best trip ever! We have done many with Viator & other companies but this one surpassed our expectations - our guide Runel was fantastic and an amazing ambassador for his company. He was so informative and as we passed places on our way to the desert he took time to explain what things were - we learnt so much that we wouldn’t have known otherwise. The whole trip ran to time & was of the best quality - we felt safe & in good hands - our Pilot was so informative & experienced & was happy to chat & have a Q&A session after the balloon ride !!! Amazing!!! The breakfast was brilliant and everyone was catered for - the toilet facilities were incredible for the desert - all the women were so impressed !!! The camel ride was a bonus we just weren’t expecting it to be part of the package and the camel guide was happy to take our pictures and very good humoured - the sand dune ride in the vintage Land Rover topped off an amazing experience that we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend - holding a Kestrel isn’t something you get to do everyday & it was very special - thank you Rumel & your amazing team - but be warned it is an early start !!! 🤣🎈🐪

From start to finish, the whole experience is five star. The vehicles that pick you up from your hotel are clean, new and not crowded. The hot air balloon ride is smooth and the staff makes you feel very comfortable, even at the landing which we were worried about.. The ride on the classic range rovers were awesome and the breakfast buffet was delicious. There are other activities at the camp like camel riding and pictures with falcons. Overall, one of the best things to experience in Dubai. This is definitely the company to use If you want to experience hot air balloon ride at sunrise. Special thanks to our pilot, Orlando, who took us up and brought us down safely.

This was one of the most beautiful, and unique experiences my wife and I have ever had. Our driver Ravi was the best. He was so much fun and took great pictures.
Safety is clearly their number one goal. The entire Air Balloon crew was professional and knowledgeable. It was worth every penny.

Under the cover of darkness during the early morning hours, we gathered after being picked up promptly by our fantastic driver/caretaker, Jovan. He took complete care of us from the beginning of our experience until the end when he dropped us off at our hotels. While gathering at the meeting point, the team carefully decided when to leave because of some high winds. During the entire wait and set-up time, it was evident that safety was at the forefront of all decision-making and was greatly appreciated by all. Finally, the time came for us to load up and take off. The flight itself was amazing and flawless. The views from above were outstanding, and the landing, well, the landing, was the best part. :). When you thought things could not get any better, the team topped this experience off with the BEST breakfast in Dubai! Thank you for the amazing time!! #chicago

It was an exciting adventure from the start, and we were collected promptly by our guide Runel. He provided helpful and kind information/advice throughout, allowing us to relax in anticipation.
The balloon proved beautifully quiet and gentle, our captain Orlando very experienced and reassuring. Despite it being windy the landing was easy enough, our sense of delight accentuated by the desert itself.
The camp let us unwind at our own pace, feasting on a generous breakfast without any pressure to cross talons with the falcon or ride mischievous camels (which we did).
Runel took us back after the splendid morning, tired yet filled with inner pictures from a unique trip. We fully recommend this professional and skilful group who conjured the most special part of our entire holiday!

Amazing experience. From pickup to drop off at our hotel it was an amazing experience. Raj was friendly kind and conversational as we drove. The details were clearly very thought out and everything was perfect. Perfect is not usually a word for a holiday because nothing is perfect however this was as close to perfect as is possible.

Superb experience , wedding anniversary special, Nicky made the trip special all the way through. The balloon from start to finish was amazing . Good food falcons and camel rides + our old ride in “Bakkie” the fifties Land Rover. Apparently our sunrise was one of the best. # back seats in the ford only good for little people or kids

My goodness this was the most incredible experience. Hands down my favorite out of all the ones I’ve been on. Amazing crews and very cool captain. The air is much warmer up than on the ground which surprised me. The drone show, the vibes everything was perfect. Definitely 10/10!

It was so amazing! Our driver Danish was wonderful. He made us feel like family from the beginning to the end! The captain was awesome and made us feel safe while in the air.
