    • Smoking is strictly prohibited during the Dinner in the Sky experience.
    • Once the platform has already been lifted, the organizer will not lower the platform for you if you request to change your attire, shoes, etc.
    • Important Note:- 22 Pax can accommodate one sitting in Dinner In The Sky.
    • This tour/activity will have a maximum of 22 travelers

    Viator Cancelled our Dinner

    Viator cancelled this on us and I am still waiting for a refund! The app showed we were confirmed for it but we received an email that it cancelled. Thank goodness that I called Dinner in the Sky and they confirmed that it was cancelled otherwise we would’ve wasted our time going all the way over there.

    We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Our reservation team made several attempts to contact you regarding this activity, but unfortunately, we did not receive any response from your end. Since the activity time was shifted, we could not proceed with rescheduling without your confirmation. After multiple failed attempts to reach you through the provided contact details, we had no choice but to cancel the reservation. As a resolution, we have refunded the full amount (100%). We regret any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your understanding. Please feel free to reach out if you have further concerns or require assistance

    Sougat Tours third party booking I don't recommend booking through them. Everything else was spectacular!

    The actual experience was great!!! The staff was very intuitive and exemplified great customer service! The music was great as well as the food!! I throughly pleased the the experience. But the 3rd party that viator used to book with Sougat Tours were not so good! They booked the wrong meals for me after they replied "noted" when I sent my dinner choices. When I attempted to call them, I was sent to voicemail several times, no call back but instead a text message via WhatsApp. I explain that my meal was wrong and they took no accountability for their mistake after I showed proof that I sent the menu and they responded "noted." They did nothing to resolve this issue at all!! I do not recommend using Sougat Tours to book your experience! Besides that, the actual chef and staff that attended the dinner was spectacular!
