Don’t trust them
They quoted 700 dirham
And charge £524 British money out my account
I ask them for price twice they said 700 scam

The Burj al Arab is a remarkably beautiful hotel, inside and out, with a high level of service. The afternoon tea offers several amazing appetizers, non-alcoholic apple cider with gold flakes, hot tea of your choice and, a series of sweets and scones, sure to make your day. This is all with a view from the 27th floor! Our tour offered convenient pick up and drop off.

We were totally disappointed with this experience. Paid £703 for three of us. Email from Viator said smart, elegant dress code of which we all were. My husband had lovely designer shorts. When we arrived the receptionist looked him up & down and said shorts not acceptable!! She then proceeded to tell him they provide trousers and the whole debacle was totally embarrasing and ruined the start of our afternoon Tea. He was made to change in a toilet. The room for afternoon tea was soulless, half empty, could hardly hear the music and we were so disappointed. What made this so much worse was other patrons had scruffy jeans, tired open sandals on ladies and really felt the change of shorts was totally prentious! Staff in room lovely and afternoon tea nice, nothing that blew us away as mostly cakes we couldn’t finish - probably the only Viator experience I havnt rated highly - they need to be more clear around wearing of shorts so others don’t endure the embarrassment we did!

Top class experience. Definitely a must when visiting Dubai. Great communication from the tour provider, with pick up and transfer times. The food was superb and the views were amazing. Felt like royalty and a memory I will cherish forever.

De ervaring was SUPER……. Alleen als ik er achter kwam dat ik gewoon ongeveer het dubbele betaald heb dan de oorspronkelijke prijs ….. Ik heb 615€ betaald voor 2 pers, & ter plaatse vragen ze 590 Diram !!!!!!!! Ok het vervoer was erbij, maar een taxi is hier héél goedkoop….. normaal zou het mij 310 € koster + taxi, dat was een wrange nasmaak!
